Blueberry and Mango Parfait
Quick easy recipe for a healthy and nutritious breakfast or dessert for summer days. The alternate layers of colorful fruits with yogurt makes it irresistible. If served with homemade granola it's absolutely divine. The best part is that you can never get bored of this as you can always change the fruits and serve a different parfait each time.
- Makes 2 servings
- 1 mango, finely sliced
- 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- vanilla yogurt
- HomemadeÃÂ granola
- To make the parfait, place a layer of blueberries on the bottom, granola then add yogurt.
- Add a layer of mango, granola and then add yogurt again. Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries, mango slices and granola. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
