Chicory Frappé

The frappé is Greece's favorite summer drink based on coffee, but if you want a healthier version, with no caffeine at all, you may want to try this recipe, is as good as the original.

  • Makes 2 servings
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp instant chicory
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • whipped cream
Directions
  1. Place everything in a blender and blend well until the mixture forms a thick and frothy foam.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and chicory and drink with a straw.
