This Morning Smoothie is made with banana, orange and sea-buckthorn berries that turns into a delicious healthy breakfast energizer drink.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- 1/3 cup frozen sea-buckthorn berries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup cold water
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fruits with honey and vanilla extract. Cover and blend for about 1 minute.
- Add ice cubes, and blend until it is well smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
