EstePastel Decadente de Chocolate sin Harina es un pastel de chocolate rico y h\u00famedo, un para\u00edso de chocolate para todos los amantes del chocolate. Este pastel consiste en un pastel de chocolate con textura de mousse que simplemente se derrite en tu boca, bellamente decorado en un patr\u00f3n de flores con un ganache de chocolate sedoso.<\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t

  • 200 g chocolate semidulce<\/li>
  • 2\/3 taza (150g) mantequilla sin sal<\/li>
  • 4 huevos<\/li>
  • 2\/3 taza (135g) az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita (2g) sal<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla extracto de ron<\/li>
  • 1\/4 taza (30g) cacao en polvo<\/li><\/ul>

    Ganache de Chocolate<\/h4>
    • 150 g chocolate semidulce<\/li>
    • 150 g crema para batir<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
      \n\t\t

      Prepara el pastel de chocolate.<\/h4>

      1. Precalienta el horno a 325\u00b0F (160\u00b0C). Engrasa con mantequilla un molde de 8 pulgadas (20cm) y forra con papel pergamino.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Derrite el chocolate y la mantequilla al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda hasta que est\u00e9 suave. Deja enfriar un poco.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Mientras tanto, mezcla los huevos con az\u00facar y sal usando un batidor o una batidora hasta que est\u00e9n espesos y de un color amarillo claro, durante unos 5 minutos. Mezcla con extracto de vainilla o tu extracto favorito (menta, ron, almendra, pistacho, etc.).<\/p><\/li>

      4. Agrega el chocolate derretido y mezcla hasta que est\u00e9 bien combinado.<\/p><\/li>

      5. Usando una esp\u00e1tula, incorpora el cacao en polvo. Vierte la mezcla en el molde preparado.<\/p><\/li>

      6. Coloca el molde en una bandeja de horno m\u00e1s grande y a\u00f1ade agua caliente, hasta la mitad del molde.<\/p><\/li>

      7. Coloca en el horno y hornea durante 25 minutos y retira el molde de la bandeja de hornear.<\/p><\/li>

      8. Dejar enfriar completamente en el molde y refrigerar durante varias horas o toda la noche.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        Prepara la ganache de chocolate para decoraci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

        1. Coloca el chocolate y la crema para batir en un taz\u00f3n resistente al calor y col\u00f3calo sobre una cacerola con agua hirviendo a fuego lento. Derrite a fuego bajo.<\/p><\/li>

        2. Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente hasta que espese y tenga una consistencia adecuada para usar con manga pastelera.<\/p><\/li>

        3. Transfiere la ganache de chocolate a una manga pastelera equipada con una boquilla 1M.<\/p><\/li>

        4. Decora el pastel y espolvorea algunas frambuesas liofilizadas trituradas.<\/p><\/li>
