  • 3 huevos<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li>
  • 1 taza (240g) suero de leche<\/li>
  • 2 \u00bc tazas (280g) harina para todo uso<\/li>
  • 3\/4 taza (90g) cacao en polvo<\/li>
  • 3 cdita (12g) levadura en polvo<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5g) sal<\/li><\/ul>

    Relleno de Queso Crema<\/h4>
    • 350 g queso crema (temperatura ambiente)<\/li>
    • 1\/4 taza (50g) az\u00facar granulada<\/li>
    • 1 huevo<\/li>
    • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul>

      Ganache de Chocolate<\/h4>
      • 120 g chocolate semidulce<\/li>
      • 1\/2 taza (120g) crema para batir<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

        1. Precalienta el horno a 350F (180C). Unta con mantequilla y espolvorea con harina un molde bundt de 9 o 10 pulgadas (23-25cm).<\/li><\/ol>

          Prepare la masa del pastel de chocolate.<\/h4>

          1. En un taz\u00f3n grande, bate la harina, el cacao en polvo, la sal y el polvo de hornear. Reserva.<\/p><\/li>
