La Navidad se acerca r\u00e1pidamente y me alegra compartir con ustedes este delicioso Rollo de Pastel de Jengibre y Naranja que est\u00e1 simplemente lleno de sabor navide\u00f1o. Este rollo de pastel consiste en un bizcocho de jengibre h\u00famedo y especiado que est\u00e1 relleno con un cremoso y anaranjado relleno de Mascarpone y crema batida, enriquecido con trozos de c\u00e1scara de naranja confitada para un incre\u00edble juego de sabores y texturas. Hermosamente decorado en el esp\u00edritu navide\u00f1o con romero fresco, ramas de canela y rodajas de kumquat seguramente impresionar\u00e1 y deleitar\u00e1 a su familia e invitados.<\/p>\n

La receta es bastante f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida de preparar ya que se junta en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos. Tarta de Jengibre<\/h4>
  • 3 huevos grandes<\/li>
  • 1\/3 taza (70g) az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/3 taza (70g) az\u00facar moreno<\/li>
  • 1\/3 taza (110g) melaza<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5ml) jugo de naranja<\/li>
  • c\u00e1scara de naranja de una naranja<\/li>
  • 3\/4 taza (100g) harina para todo uso<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (4g) levadura en polvo<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita (3g) bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita (3g) sal<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (3g) canela molida<\/li>
  • 1 \u00bd cdita (3g) jengibre molido<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita (1g) nuez moscada molida<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita (1g) clavos molidos<\/li><\/ul>

    Relleno de Mascarpone<\/h4>
    • 230 g Queso mascarpone, a temperatura ambiente<\/li>
    • 1 taza (240g) crema para batir, fr\u00eda<\/li>
    • 1\/3 taza (40g) az\u00facar en polvo<\/li>
    • Ralladura de naranja de una naranja<\/li>
    • 30 g c\u00e1scara de naranja confitada<\/li><\/ul>

      Para decoraci\u00f3n<\/h4>
      • az\u00facar en polvo<\/li>
      • crema batida<\/li>
      • romero fresco<\/li>
      • rodajas de kumquat<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

        Prepare el bizcocho de pan de jengibre.<\/h4>

        1. Precalienta el horno a 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C). Unta con mantequilla una bandeja para hornear de 12 x 16 pulgadas (30\u00d740 cm) y c\u00fabrela con papel pergamino.<\/p><\/li>

        2. En un taz\u00f3n grande, agregue los huevos y ambos az\u00facares y mezcle durante 5-7 minutos hasta que adquiera un color amarillo claro, espeso y espumoso. Agregue extracto de vainilla, jugo de naranja y ralladura de naranja y mezcle para incorporar.<\/li>
        3. \t\tAgrega melaza y mezcla para combinar.<\/li>
        4. Tamiza la harina, el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio, la canela, el jengibre, la nuez moscada, los clavos y la sal sobre el taz\u00f3n. Incorpora suavemente la mezcla de harina.<\/li>
        5. Vierte la masa en el molde preparado y distrib\u00fayela uniformemente.<\/li>

        8. \t\tMientras a\u00fan est\u00e9 caliente, enrolla el pastel y d\u00e9jalo enfriar completamente.<\/li>
        9. \t\tPreparar el relleno de mascarpone y naranja.<\/strong><\/li>
        10. En un bol mezcla queso Mascarpone con az\u00facar glas y ralladura de naranja. En otro bol bate la crema hasta que se formen picos firmes.<\/li>
        11. \t\tIncorpora suavemente la crema en la mezcla de Mascarpone.<\/li>
        12. Desenrolla el pastel y extiende el relleno de manera uniforme sobre el pastel.<\/li>
        13. Espolvorea la c\u00e1scara de naranja confitada picada.<\/li>
        14. \t\tEnrolla el pastel de nuevo. Refrigera por al menos 2 horas antes de servir.<\/li>
        15. Espolvorea con m\u00e1s az\u00facar en polvo. Para decorar si lo deseas, cubre la parte superior con crema batida y decora con romero fresco, rodajas de kumquat y ramas de canela. \u00a1Disfruta!<\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
