Es uno de los platos m\u00e1s finos de la cocina francesa y es absolutamente delicioso.<\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>2 <p>patas de pato<\/p><\/li><li>4 dientes de ajo (, en rodajas)<\/li><li>1\/2 cebolla roja (, en rodajas)<\/li><li>3 cdita (15g) sal marina<\/li><li>Hierbas frescas (como tomillo, hojas de laurel)<\/li><li>Pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li><li>850 g grasa de pato<\/li><\/ul><h4>Ensalada de Naranja y Aguacate<\/h4><ul><li>4 tazas (100g) ensalada mixta<\/li><li>1 naranja (, segmentado)<\/li><li>1 aguacate peque\u00f1o (, cortado por la mitad)<\/li><li>2 cda (16g) almendras o semillas de calabaza (, tostado)<\/li><li>sal y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li><\/ul><h4>Aderezo<\/h4><ul><li>2 cda (30g) jugo de naranja<\/li><li>1 cda (14g) aceite de oliva<\/li><li>1 cdita (5g) Mostaza de Dijon<\/li><li>1 cda (10g) miel<\/li><li>Sal y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol><li>Seque las patas de pato con toallas de papel. Espolvoree la mitad de la sal en el fondo de un plato, agregue la mitad del ajo, aproximadamente una cuarta parte de la cebolla roja en rodajas y algunas hierbas frescas. Coloque las patas de pato en una sola capa, con la piel hacia arriba, y espolvoree con la sal restante, ajo, cebolla, hierbas y un poco de pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida. Cubra el plato y refrigere durante la noche o hasta 48 horas.<\/li><li>\t\tPrecalienta el horno a 240F (115C).<\/li><li>Saca el plato del refrigerador y frota el exceso de sal y especias, y coloca las patas de pato en el fondo de una fuente de horno pesada.<\/li><li>Derrite la grasa de pato a fuego lento y vi\u00e9rtela sobre las patas. Las patas deben estar completamente cubiertas de grasa.<\/li><li>\t\tColoca el plato en el horno y cocina, sin tapar, durante aproximadamente 2-3 horas, hasta que el pato est\u00e9 cocido y tierno. (verifica con un cuchillo, deber\u00eda salir f\u00e1cilmente)<\/li><li>\t\tSacar del horno y dejar enfriar un poco.<\/li><li>\t\tTransfiere las piernas a una cazuela resistente al calor, cuela la grasa sobre las piernas y deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente.<\/li><li>\t\tRefrigerar hasta que est\u00e9 listo para servir, hasta 6 semanas.<\/li><li><strong>Para la ensalada.<\/strong> Primero prepare el aderezo. En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o o frasco agregue los ingredientes del aderezo y mezcle para combinar.<\/li><li>En un taz\u00f3n de ensalada, agrega ensalada mixta, gajos de naranja segmentados, rodajas de aguacate, nueces tostadas y cubre con el aderezo. (Reserva aproximadamente 2 cucharaditas de aderezo para el emplatado si lo deseas).<\/li><li>\t\tCon cuidado, retire las patas de pato de la grasa. Me gusta poner el plato en una sart\u00e9n m\u00e1s grande llena de agua tibia, a fuego lento, para derretir suavemente la grasa y retirar las patas sin romperlas.<\/li><li>Calienta una sart\u00e9n grande antiadherente a fuego medio-alto. Agrega aproximadamente 1 cucharada de grasa de pato.
