Este incre\u00edblemente delicioso pastel de manzana invertido se hornea en una estufa y est\u00e1 listo en menos de 30 minutos. Ya sea porque no tienes un horno o simplemente no quieres encenderlo, o tal vez el horno est\u00e1 ocupado con otros platos, hornear el pastel en la estufa puede ser una gran opci\u00f3n para cuando quieras preparar un postre horneado para tus seres queridos.<\/p>\n

Con sus rodajas de manzana caramelizadas en la parte superior y su bizcocho suave, este pastel con sabor a canela y lim\u00f3n es absolutamente irresistible. Simplemente no podr\u00edas decir que est\u00e1 hecho en una sart\u00e9n en la estufa.<\/p>\n

  • 2 manzanas peque\u00f1as (10 oz- 300g) (, pelado)<\/li>
  • 2 cda (30g) mantequilla sin sal<\/li>
  • 3 cda (45g) az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita (2g) canela molida<\/li><\/ul>

    Masa para pastel<\/h4>
    • 2 huevos<\/li>
    • 1\/4 taza (50g) az\u00facar<\/li>
    • c\u00e1scara de un lim\u00f3n<\/li>
    • 1\/4 taza (56g) aceite vegetal<\/li>
    • 2 cda (30g) yogur natural<\/li>
    • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li>
    • 1 \u00bd cdita (6g) levadura en polvo<\/li>
    • 2\/3 taza (85g) harina de uso general<\/li>
    • 1\/4 cdita (1g) sal<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

      Primero prepare la masa.<\/h4>

      1. En un taz\u00f3n mediano para mezclar, frote el az\u00facar y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n para liberar el aceite. Agregue los huevos y mezcle hasta que est\u00e9 cremoso. Agregue el aceite y mezcle para combinar. Agregue el yogur natural y el extracto de vainilla y mezcle para incorporar.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Agrega la harina, la sal y el polvo de hornear y mezcla para combinar. Deja a un lado mientras preparas las manzanas.<\/li><\/ol>

        Prepare las manzanas.<\/h4>

        1. Corte las manzanas peladas y sin coraz\u00f3n en rodajas de \u00bc pulgada (6mm) de grosor.<\/p><\/li>

        2. Coloca una sart\u00e9n de 9 pulgadas (23cm) a fuego medio. A\u00f1ade mantequilla y deja que se derrita.<\/li>

        4. \t\tRetirar del fuego y colocar las rodajas de manzana encima del caramelo. Espolvorear la canela sobre las manzanas.<\/li>
        5. \t\tVierte la masa del pastel sobre las manzanas y coloca a fuego lento. Cubre y cocina durante unos 20 minutos o hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro del pastel salga limpio.<\/li>
        6. \t\tVoltear sobre una fuente para servir.<\/li>
