Stir every 1-2 minutes to prevent burning and use a laser thermometer to<strong> check the temperature until it reaches 109\u00b0F (43\u00b0C).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vierta <strong>dos tercios<\/strong> del chocolate derretido sobre una superficie de m\u00e1rmol.
