Siempre causa una gran impresi\u00f3n dondequiera que se sirva y parece tan intimidante de preparar.<\/p>\n<p>Es un postre impresionante que es perfecto para Navidad o Nochevieja y no solo eso. El Croquembouche tambi\u00e9n se sirve en bodas u otras ocasiones especiales durante el a\u00f1o. Lo que encuentro m\u00e1s impresionante es el hecho de que est\u00e1 hecho con ingredientes comunes que quiz\u00e1s ya tengas en tu despensa. El Croque en Bouche aqu\u00ed consiste en profiteroles de craquelin crujientes con relleno de crema pastelera con sabor a almendra. Es un postre impresionante que es perfecto para Navidad o Nochevieja, aunque tambi\u00e9n se sirve en bodas u otras ocasiones especiales durante el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<h4>Hace aproximadamente 55 profiteroles<\/h4><h4>Craquelin<\/h4><ul><li>1\/2  taza (113g) mantequilla (, temperatura ambiente)<\/li><li>2\/3 taza (135g) az\u00facar moreno claro<\/li><li>1 taza (125g) harina para todo uso<\/li><li>1\/4 cdita (1g) sal<\/li><\/ul><h4>Crema Pastelera de Vainilla y Almendra<\/h4><ul><li>2 tazas (500ml) leche<\/li><li>1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li><li>1 cdita (5g) extracto de almendra<\/li><li>4 yemas de huevo<\/li><li>1\/3 taza (70g) az\u00facar<\/li><li>1\/4 taza (30g) almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz<\/li><li>2 cda (16g) harina<\/li><li>1 cda (15g) mantequilla sin sal<\/li><\/ul><h4>Pasta Choux<\/h4><ul><li>1 \u00bd taza (190g) harina para todo uso<\/li><li>150 ml leche<\/li><li>150 ml agua<\/li><li>1 cda (15g) az\u00facar<\/li><li>1 cdita (5g) sal<\/li><li>120 g mantequilla sin sal<\/li><li>6 huevos<\/li><\/ul><h4>Jarabe de Caramelo<\/h4><ul><li>2 tazas (400g) az\u00facar<\/li><li>1\/2 taza (120ml) agua<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<h4>Prepara el craquelin.<\/h4><ol><li><p>En un taz\u00f3n, bate juntos la mantequilla y el az\u00facar, usando una esp\u00e1tula o cuchara de madera. A\u00f1ade la harina y la sal y mezcla hasta que est\u00e9n combinados.<\/p><\/li><li>Pon la masa entre dos hojas de envoltura de pl\u00e1stico o papel pergamino y extiende la masa hasta que est\u00e9 muy fina, aproximadamente 2-3 mm de grosor.<\/li><li>\t\tCongele durante al menos 30 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 listo para usar.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Prepara la crema pastelera.<\/h4><ol><li><p>Batir las yemas de huevo con az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente p\u00e1lidas.<\/p><\/li><li>Incorpore la maicena y la harina. Ver\u00e1s que parte de la masa se adhiere al fondo de la cacerola.<\/li><li>Transfiera la masa a un taz\u00f3n grande y deje enfriar ligeramente. Resultar\u00e1 en una masa suave y homog\u00e9nea que a\u00fan mantiene su forma.<\/li><li>\t\tAjusta una manga pastelera con una boquilla lisa de &frac12; pulgada (1 cm) y forma c\u00edrculos de 1 pulgada (3 cm) de masa en una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel pergamino.<\/li><li>\t\tSaca la masa de craquelin del congelador y corta discos de 1 pulgada (3 cm), usando un cortador de galletas o una boquilla de reposter\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/li><li>\t\tColoca los discos sobre el choux, presionando ligeramente.<\/li><li>\t\tHornear&nbsp; durante 25-30 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 dorado y esponjoso.<\/li><li>Pincha cada uno con un pincho para liberar vapor y deja enfriar en una rejilla.<\/li><li>Saca la crema pastelera del refrigerador y bate hasta que est\u00e9 suave. Transfiere la crema pastelera a una manga pastelera equipada con una boquilla peque\u00f1a y lisa.<\/li><li>\t\tIntroduce la crema en cada uno desde la parte inferior.<\/li><li>Forra un cono de poliestireno con papel pergamino.
