Es un <\/span>delicioso<\/strong> manjar<\/strong> que se puede preparar en poco tiempo, <\/span>perfecto para satisfacer esos antojos espont\u00e1neos de postre o sorprender a los invitados con un regalo especial.<\/span><\/p>\n

La magia comienza cuando el dulce aroma de <\/span>pi\u00f1a caramelizada<\/strong> y coco<\/strong> llena el aire mientras el pastel se hornea a la perfecci\u00f3n dorada. La combinaci\u00f3n deliciosa de pi\u00f1a \u00e1cida, coco cremoso y rico chocolate es simplemente irresistible. Con cada bocado, experimentar\u00e1s una sinfon\u00eda de sabores que se fusionan armoniosamente, creando una <\/span>sensaci\u00f3n<\/b> de sabor como ninguna otra.<\/span><\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo hacer pastel de chocolate con pi\u00f1a invertido<\/h2>\n

Comience precalentando su horno a 350F (180C). Engrase un molde de 9 pulgadas (23cm) y c\u00fabralo con papel pergamino.<\/p>\n

En una cacerola peque\u00f1a, derrite la mantequilla a fuego lento. Agrega el az\u00facar y cocina hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva. Vierte esta mezcla en el molde preparado y coloca las rodajas de pi\u00f1a encima. Deja a un lado mientras preparas la masa del pastel de chocolate.<\/p>\n

En un taz\u00f3n mediano, combina la harina, el cacao en polvo, el coco rallado, el polvo de hornear y la sal.
En otro taz\u00f3n, mezcle la mantequilla y el az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9 espeso y cremoso. Agregue los huevos uno a uno, junto con el extracto de coco, y mezcle hasta que est\u00e9 bien combinado.<\/p>\n

Con la batidora a baja velocidad, alterna gradualmente agregando la mezcla de harina y la leche de coco hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien incorporado.<\/p>\n

    • 1 taza (125g) harina para todo uso<\/li>
    • 1 taza (50g) coco rallado sin az\u00facar<\/li>
    • 1\/3 taza (40g) cacao en polvo sin az\u00facar<\/li>
    • 1\/2 cdita (2g) sal<\/li>
    • 1 cdita (4g) levadura en polvo<\/li>
    • 1\/3 taza (75g) mantequilla sin sal (, suave)<\/li>
    • 2\/3 taza (135g) az\u00facar<\/li>
    • 3 huevos<\/li>
    • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de coco<\/li>
    • 3\/4 taza (180g) leche de coco<\/li>
