Guacamole<\/strong> es un dip mexicano<\/strong> vibrante y lleno de sabor, uno de los m\u00e1s populares<\/strong> dips en todo el mundo. Es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar y es adecuado para cualquier ocasi\u00f3n.<\/strong> Es un aperitivo perfecto que se puede servir con chips de tortilla para una gran textura.<\/p>\n

La clave para un delicioso guacamole son los aguacates maduros que se pueden machacar f\u00e1cilmente simplemente usando un tenedor. El jugo de lima juega un papel crucial en la prevenci\u00f3n de la oxidaci\u00f3n del aguacate, convirti\u00e9ndolo en un ingrediente que no se debe omitir. Aunque el guacamole es mejor cuando se sirve inmediatamente, a\u00fan se puede almacenar en el refrigerador hasta por un d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo hacer Guacamole mexicano<\/h2>\n

Coloca el aguacate en un taz\u00f3n y roc\u00edalo con jugo de lima. Usa un tenedor para machacar el aguacate hasta que alcance una consistencia casi suave.<\/p>\n

Doble suavemente la cebolla, jalape\u00f1o, tomate, cilantro y sazone con sal y pimienta a su gusto. Si desea m\u00e1s picante, puede a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s jalape\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Cubre el guacamole con envoltura de pl\u00e1stico directamente sobre su superficie para evitar la oxidaci\u00f3n. Refrig\u00e9ralo hasta que est\u00e9s listo para servir.<\/p>\n
