A\u00f1ade los huevos uno a la vez, incorporando cuidadosamente cada uno a la masa usando la cuchara de madera o incluso una batidora de pie. Resultar\u00e1 en una masa suave y homog\u00e9nea que a\u00fan mantiene su forma.<\/li><li>\t\tPrecalienta el horno a 350F (180C).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ajusta una manga pastelera con una boquilla redonda grande de &frac12; pulgada (1cm) y coloca la masa en c\u00edrculos de 1 pulgada (3 cm) sobre una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel pergamino.<\/li><li>\t\tSaque la masa de craquelin del congelador o del refrigerador y corte discos de 1 pulgada (3 cm), usando un cortador de galletas o una boquilla de reposter\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Coloca los discos sobre los choux, presionando ligeramente.<\/li><li>\t\tHornear&nbsp; durante 25-30 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 dorado e inflado.<\/li><li>Pincha cada uno con un pincho para liberar el vapor y deja enfriar sobre una rejilla.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Preparar crema Chantilly.<\/h4><ol><li><p>En un taz\u00f3n grande, bate la crema con una batidora el\u00e9ctrica hasta que forme picos firmes.
