Probamos Germkn\u00f6del austriaco por primera vez y simplemente nos encant\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Germkn\u00f6del austriaco es un gran dumpling de masa de levadura, ligeramente dulce, relleno con una mermelada espesa de ciruela llamada Powidl, al vapor y servido caliente con una salsa de vainilla y una mezcla de semillas de amapola molidas y az\u00facar en polvo por encima. Tradicionalmente, el Germkn\u00f6del se sirve con mantequilla derretida, pero realmente disfrut\u00e9 la versi\u00f3n con salsa de vainilla y esta es la receta que compartir\u00e9 contigo. Esto se puede servir como postre o como plato principal y es uno de los mejores platos para servir en un fr\u00edo d\u00eda de invierno.\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<h4>Masa para Dumplings<\/h4><ul><li>2 tazas (250g) harina para todo uso<\/li><li>1\/2 cdita (3g) sal<\/li><li>2 cda (30g) az\u00facar<\/li><li>12 g levadura fresca (o 1 cdta de levadura seca activa)<\/li><li>2 cda (30g) mantequilla (, derretido)<\/li><li>1\/2 taza (120g) leche (, calentado)<\/li><li>1 huevo (, batido)<\/li><li>Zest de medio lim\u00f3n<\/li><li>1\/2 cdita (3g) extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul><h4>Relleno<\/h4><ul><li>1\/2 taza (100g) Powidl (, mermelada espesa de ciruela)<\/li><li>1 cdita (5g) ron (, opcional)<\/li><\/ul><h4>Para Servir<\/h4><ul><li>1\/4 taza (25g) semillas de amapola (, molido)<\/li><li>2 cda (15g) az\u00facar en polvo<\/li><\/ul><h4>Salsa de Vainilla Casera<\/h4><ul><li>2 yemas de huevo<\/li><li>1 cda (8g) almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz<\/li><li>2 cda (30g) az\u00facar<\/li><li>2 cdita (10g) extracto de vainilla<\/li><li>1 \u00bc taza (300ml) leche<\/li><li>3\/4 taza (200g) crema para batir (, 35% de grasa)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol><li>En un taz\u00f3n grande, bate la harina con sal, 2 &frac12; cucharadas (25g) de az\u00facar y ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/li><li>En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o&nbsp; revuelve la levadura fresca con 1 cucharadita (5g) de az\u00facar hasta que se lic\u00fae. Disuelve la levadura con leche y vi\u00e9rtela sobre la mezcla de harina. A\u00f1ade el huevo batido, la mantequilla derretida y el extracto de vainilla y amasa la masa hasta que est\u00e9 suave, durante unos 5 minutos. Cubre y deja que suba a temperatura ambiente durante aproximadamente 1 hora o hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o.<\/li><li>En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, combina la mermelada de ciruela con ron si se utiliza.<\/li><li>En una superficie enharinada, divide la masa en 4 o 5 piezas. Aplana cada pieza de masa usando tus manos y rellena cada una con aproximadamente 1 cucharada de la mezcla de mermelada de ciruela. Sella bien y forma cada pieza en una bola. Coloca las bolas de masa en una superficie enharinada, c\u00fabrelas con un pa\u00f1o de cocina y d\u00e9jalas reposar durante 30 minutos.<\/li><li><p><strong>Mientras tanto, prepara la salsa de vainilla<\/strong><\/p><p>. En una cacerola peque\u00f1a, bate las yemas de huevo con az\u00facar, almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz y extracto de vainilla.\u00a0 Gradualmente, bate la leche y la crema y col\u00f3calo a fuego medio-bajo.\u00a0 Cocina durante unos 6 minutos, revolviendo continuamente hasta que espese. No es necesario hervir la salsa. Reserva hasta que est\u00e9 lista para usar.<\/p><\/li><li>En otro taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, combine las semillas de amapola molidas con az\u00facar en polvo para tenerlas listas para servir.<\/li><li>En una olla, lleva el agua a fuego lento, hasta 1 pulgada (3 cm). Usa una cesta de vapor engrasada y col\u00f3cala en la olla. A\u00f1ade&nbsp; las alb\u00f3ndigas, cubre la olla con una tapa y d\u00e9jalas cocinar al vapor durante unos 15-17 minutos.<\/li><li>Sirve las alb\u00f3ndigas inmediatamente.
