  • 2 \u00bd tazas (315g) harina<\/li>
  • 1\/3 taza (75g) az\u00facar moreno oscuro<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita (3g) sal<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (3g) canela molida<\/li>
  • 2 cdita (4g) jengibre molido<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita (2g) nuez moscada molida<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita (1g) clavos de olor molidos<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (6g) bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>
  • 1\/2 taza (113g) mantequilla (, temperatura ambiente)<\/li>
  • 1\/3 taza (100g) melaza<\/li>
  • 1 huevo<\/li><\/ul>

    Glaseado de Az\u00facar<\/h4>
    • 1 taza (120g) az\u00facar en polvo<\/li>
    • 1-2 cda (15-30ml) jugo de lim\u00f3n o leche<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
      \n\t\t
      1. En un taz\u00f3n grande, bate juntos los ingredientes secos: harina, sal, especias y bicarbonato de sodio.<\/li>
      2. \t\tEn otro bol, bate la mantequilla con el az\u00facar. A\u00f1ade el huevo y la melaza  y mezcla bien.<\/li>
      3. Incorpore los ingredientes secos a la mezcla de mantequilla y revuelva hasta que la masa se una. Divida la masa en dos discos y cubra cada uno con envoltura de pl\u00e1stico y refrigere por al menos 1 hora y hasta 3 d\u00edas.<\/li>
      4. \t\tEstira la masa entre dos capas de envoltura de pl\u00e1stico, o entre dos capas de papel pergamino hasta que tenga un grosor de 1\/8 de pulgada (2-3 mm). Si los quieres crujientes, estira la masa muy fina. Si los quieres m\u00e1s suaves, est\u00edrala m\u00e1s gruesa.<\/li>

      5. Precalienta el horno a 350\u00b0F(180\u00b0C). Forra dos bandejas para hornear con papel pergamino.<\/p><\/li>

      6. Corta la masa en las formas deseadas usando los cortadores de galletas.  Vuelve a enrollar la masa restante  y corta m\u00e1s formas. Yo uso un tenedor para quitar la masa entre las galletas. Coloca las galletas en las bandejas para hornear preparadas, dejando un poco de espacio entre ellas.<\/li>
      7. Hornee de 7 a 10 minutos (dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la galleta). Deje enfriar en la bandeja para hornear durante 2 minutos, luego transfiera a una rejilla para enfriar completamente.<\/li>
      8. Para hacer el glaseado, simplemente combine az\u00facar en polvo con leche o jugo de lim\u00f3n. Coloque el glaseado en la manga pastelera y decore las galletas de jengibre como desee. Deje que se fije.<\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
