Brie al Horno en Hojaldre<\/h2>\n\t\t

\n\t\tEste Brie Horneado en Hojaldre es uno de los aperitivos m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles y deliciosos que puedes preparar para la temporada navide\u00f1a o cualquier otra fiesta. No solo se ve genial, sino que tambi\u00e9n sabe incre\u00edble y se sirve mejor con galletas saladas o rebanadas de pan tostado.\t<\/p>\n\t

  • 1\/4 taza (70g) mermelada de albaricoque<\/li>
  • 1\/3 taza (60g) ar\u00e1ndanos secos\/pasas<\/li>
  • 1\/4 taza (25g) pacanas tostadas o nueces o almendras (, picado)<\/li>
  • 1 hoja (275g) masa de hojaldre (, descongelado)<\/li>
  • 2 (125g) Ruedas de queso Brie<\/li>
  • 1 huevo (, batido)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
    \n\t\t

    1. Precalienta el horno a 425\u00b0F (220\u00b0C).<\/p><\/li>

    2. En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, combina mermelada de albaricoque con nueces tostadas y ar\u00e1ndanos.<\/li>
    3. Despliega la hoja de masa y divide en dos. Corta las esquinas de cada pieza.<\/li>
    4. Cucharea la mezcla de mermelada de albaricoque en el centro de cada pieza de masa. Cubra con los 2 trozos de queso Brie. <\/li>
    5. Brocha el borde de la masa con huevo batido.  Dobla la masa sobre el queso para cubrir. <\/li>
    6. Coloca con la costura hacia abajo sobre una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel pergamino.  Usa los restos de masa sobrantes para cortar formas para decorar.  Pincela con la mezcla de huevo.<\/li>
    7. Hornea durante 20-25 minutos o hasta que el hojaldre est\u00e9 dorado. Deja reposar durante 5 minutos.  Sirve con galletas saladas o pan tostado.<\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
