Descubr\u00ed este incre\u00edble pastel de chocolate loco<\/strong> solo recientemente y debo decir que me enamor\u00e9 de \u00e9l de inmediato. Es de alguna manera muy similar a la receta utilizada en el Pastel de Rosa de Chocolate <\/a>pero es una versi\u00f3n sin huevos. Se me pidi\u00f3 una receta sin huevos durante bastante tiempo, as\u00ed que aqu\u00ed est\u00e1. Uno de los pasteles m\u00e1s deliciosos, h\u00famedo y chocolatoso, lleno de sabor y casi derriti\u00e9ndose en tu boca.<\/p>\n

Es tan r\u00e1pido de preparar, no se utilizan huevos, mantequilla ni leche y ni siquiera necesitas engrasar el molde. Todos los ingredientes se mezclan directamente en el molde simplemente usando un batidor. Eso es f\u00e1cil, pero nadie lo sabr\u00e1 despu\u00e9s de ver c\u00f3mo se ve y sabe.<\/p>\n

He hecho una ganache para la parte superior solo para hacerlo m\u00e1s elegante y atractivo, pero si\u00e9ntete libre de usar cualquier otra idea de glaseado o cobertura. Tambi\u00e9n puedes servirlo caliente con un poco de helado encima.<\/p>\n

Este Pastel de Chocolate Loco es un pastel de \u00faltimo minuto que puedes preparar cuando los invitados acaban de llegar. A todos les encantar\u00e1 y pedir\u00e1n la receta. \u00a1Disfruta!<\/p>\n

  • 1 \u00bd tazas (190g) harina para todo uso<\/li>
  • 1\/2 taza (100g) az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/4 taza (30g) cacao en polvo sin az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (6g) bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita (2g) sal<\/li>
  • 5 cda (70g) aceite de canola<\/li>
  • 1 cda (15ml) vinagre<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li>
  • 1 taza (240ml) agua caliente<\/li><\/ul>

    Ganache<\/h4>
    • 200 g chocolate semidulce (, picado)<\/li>
    • 1\/2 taza (120g) crema para batir<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

      1. \t\tPrecalienta el horno a 350F (180C).<\/li>
      2. En un molde desmontable de 8 pulgadas (20 cm) agrega harina, az\u00facar, cacao en polvo, bicarbonato de sodio y sal. Batir para combinar.<\/li>
      3. Agrega el aceite, vinagre, vainilla y agua caliente y bate de nuevo hasta que est\u00e9 completamente combinado.<\/li>
      4. Usa una esp\u00e1tula para esparcir uniformemente y hornea durante 25-30 minutos hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro del pastel salga limpio.<\/li>
      5. D\u00e9jelo enfriar un poco y retire los lados del molde.<\/li>
      6. \t\tPrepara la ganache de chocolate. Calienta la crema en una cacerola peque\u00f1a, hasta que casi hierva en los bordes. Retira del fuego y a\u00f1ade el chocolate picado. Deja reposar 1 minuto y luego revuelve hasta que quede suave.<\/li>
      7. Extiende la ganache sobre la parte superior del pastel dejando un borde de 1 pulgada (2.5cm) en el borde.<\/li>
      8. Usa una cuchara para crear una forma de flor.<\/li>
      9. Deja que la ganache se asiente un poco a temperatura ambiente antes de servir.<\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
