Es <strong>cremosa, elegante y refrescante<\/strong> mientras que la crujiente corteza caramelizada en la parte superior es simplemente divina.<\/p>\n<p>Creme Brulee es un <strong>postre franc\u00e9s<\/strong> que consiste en una <strong>crema pastelera rica y suave<\/strong> hecha con <strong>crema y yemas<\/strong> y cubierta con una <strong>capa crujiente de az\u00facar caramelizado<\/strong>. Es realmente <strong>f\u00e1cil de preparar<\/strong>, solo necesitas 4 ingredientes b\u00e1sicos y toma solo unos minutos prepararlo.<\/p>\n<p>Es el <strong>postre perfecto para preparar con antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong> ya que se conserva bien refrigerado durante varios d\u00edas. Tambi\u00e9n se prepara en ramequines individuales, lo que facilita el servicio. Solo antes de servir, el az\u00facar se extiende por encima y se carameliza para formar ese incre\u00edble caramelo duro en la parte superior.<br \/>La cl\u00e1sica Creme Brulee utiliza vainilla para dar sabor al postre, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes elegir diferentes saborizantes para adaptarse a tus gustos.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo hacer Cl\u00e1sica Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e de Vainilla<\/h2>\n<p>Para preparar este delicioso postre, comienza precalentando tu horno a 300F (150C). En un bol mediano, bate las yemas de huevo, el az\u00facar y la vainilla hasta que la mezcla logre una consistencia espesa, cremosa y de un color amarillo p\u00e1lido.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, toma una cacerola y calienta suavemente la crema hasta que comience a hervir a fuego lento en los bordes. Vierte gradualmente esta crema tibia en la mezcla de yemas de huevo, mientras revuelves continuamente.<\/p>\n<p>Posiciona cuatro ramequines de 220g dentro de un molde m\u00e1s grande para facilitar el manejo. Considera transferir la mezcla a una jarra para verter m\u00e1s suavemente. Distribuye la mezcla equitativamente en los ramequines. Col\u00f3calos en la rejilla del horno y cuidadosamente vierte agua caliente en el molde hasta que alcance la mitad de los lados de los ramequines.<\/p>\n<p>Permita que los flanes se horneen durante unos 30-35 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n firmes y tiemblen suavemente en el centro.
