La descubr\u00ed recientemente y me encanta su textura. Es mantecoso y denso, con una miga h\u00fameda y un gran sabor a chocolate. Esta receta no usa demasiado chocolate y usa m\u00e1s cacao en polvo en su lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Justo despu\u00e9s de hornear, el pastel se glasea con un glaseado de chocolate, mantequilla y cacao que tiene un gran sabor y un color oscuro.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>receta de este pastel de chocolate es f\u00e1cil<\/strong> y se puede preparar bastante r\u00e1pido. Es realmente importante usar cacao en polvo de buena calidad ya que su sabor afecta el gusto del pastel.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo hacer bizcocho de chocolate<\/h2>\n<p>Para comenzar, precalienta tu horno a 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C) y prepara dos moldes para pan de 9x5 pulgadas (23x13cm) engras\u00e1ndolos y forr\u00e1ndolos con papel pergamino.<\/p>\n<p>En una cacerola a fuego lento, derrite la mantequilla. Una vez derretida, a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar, el cacao en polvo y la leche, revolviendo hasta que est\u00e9 bien combinado. Lleva la mezcla a ebullici\u00f3n durante 1 minuto, luego ret\u00edrala del fuego.<\/p>\n<p>Para el glaseado de chocolate, coloque los trozos de chocolate en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o y agregue aproximadamente 1 taza (220g) del jarabe de cacao caliente. Revuelva hasta que el chocolate se derrita, luego reserve el glaseado hasta que est\u00e9 listo para usar.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras el jarabe de cacao se enfr\u00eda ligeramente, separa las claras de huevo de las yemas.
