Este Pastel de Galletas de Chocolate sin Hornear<\/strong> es uno de ellos, y supongo que muchos de nosotros estamos familiarizados con \u00e9l desde la infancia, en varias formas y presentaciones. Un postre chocolatoso y rico hecho con galletas trituradas, jarabe de chocolate y nueces tostadas, es dif\u00edcil no enamorarse de \u00e9l.   • 800 g galletas digestivas, galletas de t\u00e9<\/li>
  • 1 taza (100g) nueces (nueces, avellanas)<\/li><\/ul>

    Sirope de Chocolate<\/h4>
    • 1 taza (200g) az\u00facar<\/li>
    • 1\/2 taza (60g) cacao en polvo sin az\u00facar<\/li>
    • 1 taza (240 ml) agua<\/li>
    • 2\/3 taza (150g) mantequilla<\/li>
    • 1 cdita extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul>

      Ganache de Chocolate<\/h4>
      • 1\/2 taza (120 g) crema para batir (35% de grasa)<\/li>
      • 120 g chocolate semiamargo (, picado)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
        \n\t\t
        1. Rompe las galletas en trozos peque\u00f1os en un taz\u00f3n grande.<\/li>
        2. Calienta una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a fuego medio-alto y tuesta las nueces o avellanas durante unos 5 minutos, removiendo con frecuencia para tostar de manera uniforme.  A\u00f1ade las nueces tostadas sobre las galletas.<\/li>
        3. Prepare el jarabe de chocolate<\/strong>. En una cacerola mediana, agregue az\u00facar y cacao en polvo. Revuelva para combinar y agregue gradualmente agua, mientras revuelve para combinar bien. Agregue la mantequilla y coloque a fuego medio. Lleve a ebullici\u00f3n durante unos 7-8 minutos, revolviendo constantemente. Retire del fuego y agregue extracto de vainilla. Deje a un lado para que se enfr\u00ede ligeramente durante unos 10-15 minutos.<\/li>
        4. Vierte el jarabe sobre las galletas y las nueces y mezcla bien usando una esp\u00e1tula grande o una cuchara.<\/li>
        5. Transfiere la mezcla a un molde redondo para pasteles de 9 pulgadas (23 cm) antiadherente (como el que he usado de Delicake) o usa un molde desmontable de 9 pulgadas (23 cm) con el fondo forrado con papel pergamino.<\/li>
        6. Presiona bien usando la parte posterior de la cuchara o una esp\u00e1tula offset.<\/li>
        7. Cubra y refrigere durante aproximadamente 30 minutos a 1 hora antes de preparar la ganache de chocolate.<\/li>
        8. Preparar Ganache de Chocolate<\/strong>. Coloca la crema en una cacerola peque\u00f1a y calienta hasta que comience a hervir.<\/li>
