Esta receta de Barras de Caramelo y Chocolate<\/strong>\u00a0es para todos aquellos que aman el chocolate y el caramelo suave sobre una base de masa quebrada... similar a una Barra Twix, pero digamos \"m\u00e1s saludable\"... ya que es casera y no se utilizan otros conservantes ni aditivos. Vi que recetas similares en realidad usan caramelos de caramelo que se derriten, pero quer\u00eda hacer esta receta desde cero e incluir tambi\u00e9n el caramelo.<\/p>\n

Es muy sencillo y el resultado es como se espera, delicioso, suave y masticable caramelo que se puede cortar perfectamente en peque\u00f1as barras para servir. No s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9 muchos tienen tanto miedo de hacer caramelo en casa... es r\u00e1pido y f\u00e1cil y ni siquiera us\u00e9 un term\u00f3metro para dulces en esta receta. Y he hecho este caramelo muchas veces y siempre queda perfecto.<\/p>\n

Para la base de masa quebrada, agregu\u00e9 algunas almendras molidas para un poco de textura y es maravilloso. Estas barras de chocolate y caramelo son definitivamente una de las mejores barras de dulce que he hecho. Estaba muy satisfecho con el resultado final. Es una gran receta para cuando necesites preparar algo para una reuni\u00f3n, es f\u00e1cil de transportar y como se acercan las fiestas, puede ser una maravillosa idea de regalo casero.<\/p>\n

A todos les encanta esta combinaci\u00f3n, y qu\u00e9 no amar de ella. Capas de bondad una sobre otra... asombroso caramelo masticable sobre la capa de galleta crujiente y cubierto con una capa de chocolate... Les digo chicos... pueden ser bastante adictivos... as\u00ed que aseg\u00farense de compartir estas Barras con alguien, de lo contrario terminar\u00e1n comi\u00e9ndolas todas ustedes mismos.<\/p>\n

Corteza de galleta de mantequilla<\/h4>
  • 200 g mantequilla<\/li>
  • 1 \u00bd taza harina<\/li>
  • 1\/2 taza almendras molidas<\/li>
  • 1\/2 taza az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita sal<\/li><\/ul>

    Relleno de caramelo<\/h4>
    • 1 taza az\u00facar<\/li>
    • 1\/4 taza agua<\/li>
    • 200 g mantequilla<\/li>
    • 1 cdita sal<\/li>
    • 4 yemas de huevo<\/li>
    • 2\/3 taza az\u00facar (, para mezclar con yemas de huevo)<\/li>
    • 1 cdita extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul>

      Cobertura de Chocolate<\/h4>
      • 8 --- chocolate semiamargo y chocolate con leche (, una combinaci\u00f3n o solo un tipo)<\/li>
      • 1 cda mantequilla<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
        \n\t\t

        1. Precalienta el horno a 350 F (180 C). Engrasa con mantequilla una fuente para hornear de 23 X 33 cm. Forra con papel pergamino.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          Prepare la corteza.<\/h4>

          1. En un taz\u00f3n grande combine harina, almendras molidas, az\u00facar y sal. Agregue la mantequilla y usando un cortador de masa o simplemente un tenedor, corte la mantequilla hasta que se formen migajas.<\/p><\/li>

          2. Presiona la mezcla en el fondo del molde para hornear preparado y hornea durante unos 15-20 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 ligeramente dorado. Deja a un lado y deja enfriar ligeramente.
            \n\"Chocolate\"Chocolate<\/li><\/ol>

            Prepare el caramelo.<\/h4>

            1. Mezcle las yemas de huevo con az\u00facar y extracto de vainilla hasta que est\u00e9n espesas, cremosas y de color amarillo p\u00e1lido.<\/p><\/li>

            2. En una cacerola mediana calienta el az\u00facar y el agua hasta que se pongan de color dorado. Inmediatamente a\u00f1ade la mantequilla y la sal y mezcla bien. Despu\u00e9s de que la mantequilla se haya derretido, retira del fuego e incorpora la mezcla de yemas de huevo. Vuelve al fuego, revuelve continuamente y cocina a fuego lento hasta que espese.<\/p><\/li>

            3. Retirar del fuego, seguir revolviendo durante unos segundos y verter el caramelo sobre la base preparada. Usando una esp\u00e1tula de goma, exti\u00e9ndalo uniformemente sobre la base. Dejar a un lado mientras preparas el chocolate.

            4. Agregue chocolate y mantequilla en un taz\u00f3n y derrita al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda. Cuando est\u00e9 derretido, vierta sobre el caramelo y exti\u00e9ndalo uniformemente. Deje enfriar, refrigere hasta que est\u00e9 listo para servir.
