El falafel es ese tipo de comida reconfortante que es deliciosa, r\u00e1pida y perfecta para cualquier momento del d\u00eda.<br \/>Como sabes, el falafel es una comida tradicional de Oriente Medio frita. Si los horneas, se vuelven m\u00e1s saludables y con menos calor\u00edas, lo cual es genial. Los garbanzos aumentar\u00e1n de volumen mientras se remojan.
