Estoy tan contenta de que el ma\u00edz fresco finalmente est\u00e9 en temporada. A mis hijas les encanta tanto que lo han estado pidiendo desde la primavera. Sol\u00eda prepararlos hervidos en agua o a la parrilla. Nunca intent\u00e9 asarlos en el horno con las c\u00e1scaras puestas. Cuando descubr\u00ed este ma\u00edz asado al horno, simplemente tuve que intentarlo.<\/p>\n

El ma\u00edz asado al horno<\/strong> es mucho mejor que el hervido. El sabor est\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s realzado y no te arriesgas a quemarte al intentar sacarlos del agua.<\/p>\n

Y es tan f\u00e1cil. No tienes que molestarte en quitar las c\u00e1scaras, se evita todo el desorden de esta manera. Simplemente ponlos en el horno y deja que haga su trabajo. Despu\u00e9s de 30-40 minutos, obtienes los mejores elotes de todos. Las c\u00e1scaras crean vapor y as\u00ed el ma\u00edz se cocina completamente, ni empapado ... ni seco ... simplemente PERFECTO. De ahora en adelante, para m\u00ed no hay otra manera de cocinar el ma\u00edz.
Puedes servirlo tal como est\u00e1 con solo un poco de sal y mantequilla, o con varios aderezos.<\/p>\n

Ma\u00edz Asado al Horno<\/h2>\n\t\t

\n\t\tEl ma\u00edz asado al horno es mucho mejor que hervido. El sabor se realza. Las c\u00e1scaras crean vapor, el ma\u00edz se cocina completamente, no empapado, no seco, simplemente PERFECTO.\t<\/p>\n\t

  • 8 mazorcas de ma\u00edz frescas en sus c\u00e1scaras<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita polvo de chile<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita polvo de ajo<\/li>
  • 1\/2 taza queso rallado<\/li>
  • 2 cda perejil reci\u00e9n picado<\/li>
  • sal y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
    \n\t\t

    1. Precalienta el horno a 350 grados F.<\/p><\/li>

    2. En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, combina sal con chile en polvo, pimienta y ajo en polvo. <\/p><\/li>

    3. Coloca el ma\u00edz con sus c\u00e1scaras directamente en la rejilla del horno. Asa hasta que est\u00e9 tierno, durante aproximadamente 30-40 minutos.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Quita las c\u00e1scaras. Unta cada mazorca con mantequilla.<\/p><\/li>

    5. Agrega la mezcla de sal, queso y perejil.<\/p><\/li>
