Especialmente para el desayuno, cuando siempre tenemos prisa por estar listos y a tiempo para el jard\u00edn de infancia. Los huevos est\u00e1n en la parte superior de nuestra lista de comidas para el desayuno, por lo que esta pizza de desayuno me son\u00f3 tan bien que tuve que probarla. A todos nos encant\u00f3 tanto que la repetiremos con bastante frecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>This Breakfast Pizza con su masa crujiente e ingredientes frescos, huevo l\u00edquido y albahaca fresca encima es una comida que dif\u00edcilmente puedes olvidar. Lo mejor es que puedes preparar la masa el d\u00eda anterior y lo que queda por hacer por la ma\u00f1ana es bastante r\u00e1pido. Dejar de lado. En un taz\u00f3n grande, mezcle la harina con la sal. Agregue la levadura disuelta y mezcle todo junto.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Agrega aceite y usando tus manos comienza a amasar hasta que est\u00e9 suave y se despegue de los lados del taz\u00f3n. Coloca en un taz\u00f3n engrasado, cubre y deja reposar durante aproximadamente 1-2 horas a temperatura ambiente, para dejar que la masa suba hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sobre una superficie enharinada, voltea la masa, amasa por unos segundos y c\u00f3rtala en 2 piezas. Forma bolas. Para usar al d\u00eda siguiente, frota ligeramente con aceite de oliva, cubre con pl\u00e1stico y refrigera durante la noche.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Precalienta el horno a 500\u00b0F (260\u00b0C). Si no tienes una piedra para pizza, precalienta una bandeja para hornear. Espolvorea harina de ma\u00edz sobre el papel pergamino en el que vas a hornear la pizza.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Con tus manos, estira la masa en los bordes, moviendo la masa a trav\u00e9s de tus manos en un c\u00edrculo. Deja un poco m\u00e1s de grosor en los bordes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Agrega salsa de tomate, rebanadas de queso, tomates cherry y prosciutto sobre la masa. Espolvorea algunas hojas de albahaca por encima. Unta un poco de aceite de oliva en los bordes de la masa.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Desliza sobre la piedra para pizza o la parte trasera de una bandeja precalentada y cocina durante unos 5 minutos.
