Este Bizcocho de Pl\u00e1tano y Coco<\/strong> es mi nueva receta favorita de pan dulce. He estado escuchando sobre el pan de pl\u00e1tano durante algunos a\u00f1os, vi muchas recetas diferentes de pan de pl\u00e1tano en blogs de comida, programas de televisi\u00f3n o libros de cocina, pero nunca me sent\u00ed tentado a finalmente intentarlo. Nunca entend\u00ed qu\u00e9 ten\u00eda de especial este pan de pl\u00e1tano que volv\u00eda a todos tan locos, pero segu\u00eda dici\u00e9ndome a m\u00ed mismo que alg\u00fan d\u00eda lo intentar\u00eda.<\/p>\n

El a\u00f1o pasado estaba visitando a mi hermano en los Estados Unidos y espont\u00e1neamente decidimos ir juntos a Haw\u00e1i. Fue la primera vez que prob\u00e9 un pan de pl\u00e1tano que me hizo entender por qu\u00e9 a todos les encantaba.<\/p>\n

Este Bizcocho de Pl\u00e1tano y Coco era absolutamente incre\u00edble, una combinaci\u00f3n de sabores tan deliciosa. Cuando regresamos a casa, busqu\u00e9 recetas que pudieran parecerse al Bizcocho de Pl\u00e1tano de Haw\u00e1i que probamos all\u00ed.<\/p>\n

He encontrado varias recetas y he probado algunas, pero despu\u00e9s de todo, he hecho esta receta final de pan de pl\u00e1tano y coco que se parece bastante al que probamos en Haw\u00e1i.<\/p>\n

Bizcocho de Pl\u00e1tano y Coco<\/h2>\n\t\t

Este Bizcocho de Pl\u00e1tano y Coco<\/strong> es una receta r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil para un pan h\u00famedo que combina tan bien el sabor del pl\u00e1tano, las nueces y las hojuelas de coco. <\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t

  • 1 taza (125g) harina<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita (2g) bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>
  • 2 cdita (8g) levadura en polvo<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (3g) canela<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita (2g) sal<\/li>
  • 3\/4 taza (150g) az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 2 huevos<\/li>
  • 113 g mantequilla (, a temperatura ambiente)<\/li>
  • 3 o 4 pl\u00e1tanos maduros (aproximadamente 1 1\/4 taza-300g de pur\u00e9)<\/li>
  • 1\/3 taza (70g) crema agria<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li>
  • 3\/4 taza (75g) nueces (, picado)<\/li>
  • 1 taza (70g) copos de coco sin az\u00facar<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

    1. Precalienta el horno a 350F (180C).<\/p><\/li>

    2. En un taz\u00f3n mediano, combine harina, copos de coco, sal, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato de sodio y canela.<\/p><\/li>

    3. En un taz\u00f3n grande, usando una batidora el\u00e9ctrica de mano, bate la mantequilla y el az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9 cremoso. A\u00f1ade los huevos y mezcla bien. Agrega la crema agria y el extracto de vainilla y mezcla hasta que est\u00e9 bien incorporado.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Mezcla los pl\u00e1tanos triturados. Con la batidora a baja velocidad, incorpora la mezcla de harina. A\u00f1ade las nueces.<\/p><\/li>

    5. Engrasa ligeramente un molde para pan de 13 x 4 pulgadas (35 X 12 cm). Forra el fondo con papel pergamino. (Un molde para pan de 9 X 5 pulgadas \u2013 23X13 cm tambi\u00e9n estar\u00eda bien).<\/p><\/li>

    6. Vierte la masa en el molde para pan preparado y espolvorea nueces picadas por encima. Hornea durante unos 50-60 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 dorado y un palillo insertado en el centro salga limpio. Deja que el pan se enfr\u00ede en el molde durante 10 minutos y luego invi\u00e9rtelo sobre una rejilla.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
