Este Pud\u00edn de Vainilla y Chocolate<\/strong> es una receta que hago bastante a menudo. La raz\u00f3n de esto es mi hija de dos a\u00f1os y medio. Le encanta el pud\u00edn de vainilla, especialmente cuando se combina con pud\u00edn de chocolate. La mayor\u00eda de las veces despu\u00e9s del almuerzo, ella pide su delicioso \"sorpresa\". Es tan dulce que ni siquiera puede decir la palabra correctamente. Cuando sucede que la \"sorpresa\" es pud\u00edn, ella est\u00e1 muy emocionada.<\/p>\n

No me gusta darle el pud\u00edn comprado en la tienda ya que podr\u00edan contener ingredientes que no me gustar\u00eda usar en mis recetas, como sabores artificiales o conservantes. As\u00ed que esto me motiv\u00f3 a intentar hacer el pud\u00edn casero perfecto. Debo admitir que no funcion\u00f3 bien desde la primera vez. Sucedi\u00f3 que lo hice demasiado espeso o demasiado l\u00edquido, o demasiado dulce o con grumos... una receta aparentemente f\u00e1cil, pero me dio algunos momentos dif\u00edciles hasta que finalmente logr\u00e9 la consistencia y el sabor deseados.<\/p>\n

Lo que me encanta de este postre es que es r\u00e1pido y se puede servir de varias maneras. Caliente en un d\u00eda fr\u00edo o fr\u00edo en los d\u00edas de verano, con frutas o nueces o chocolate rallado espolvoreado por encima. El pud\u00edn tambi\u00e9n puede ser una gran opci\u00f3n para rellenar tartas de frutas y tambi\u00e9n se puede refrigerar hasta por 3 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Pud\u00edn de Vainilla<\/h4>
  • 1\/3 taza (70g) az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/4 taza (30g) almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz<\/li>
  • 1\/4 cdita (2g) sal<\/li>
  • 2 \u2154 tazas (640ml) leche<\/li>
  • 1 huevo grande<\/li>
  • 2 cdita (10g) extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul>

    Pud\u00edn de Chocolate<\/h4>
    • 1\/2 taza (100g) az\u00facar<\/li>
    • 1\/3 taza (40g) cacao en polvo<\/li>
    • 1\/4 taza (30g) almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz<\/li>
    • 1\/4 cdita (2g) sal<\/li>
    • 2 \u2154 tazas (640ml) leche<\/li>
    • 1 huevo grande<\/li>
    • 1 cda (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
      \n\t\t

      1. En un taz\u00f3n mediano mezcla az\u00facar, almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz y sal. Si est\u00e1s haciendo pud\u00edn de chocolate, a\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n el cacao en polvo. En otro taz\u00f3n bate el huevo y a\u00f1ade 2\/3 taza (160ml) de leche y mezcla bien. Agrega gradualmente la mezcla de leche sobre la mezcla de almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz y bate para disolver bien. Deja a un lado mientras calientas el resto de la leche.<\/p><\/li>

      2. En una cacerola de tama\u00f1o mediano, lleva el resto de la leche (2 tazas-480ml) a ebullici\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Retirar del fuego y agregar gradualmente la mezcla de huevo sobre la leche caliente batiendo todo el tiempo. Colocar a fuego medio y cocinar revolviendo constantemente hasta que la mezcla espese, aproximadamente 3 minutos. Retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adir el extracto de vainilla. Solo si es necesario, puedes colarlo para asegurarte de que no se hayan formado grumos.<\/p><\/li>

      4. Repite el paso 2 con el pud\u00edn de chocolate en caso de que hagas ambos. <\/p><\/li>

      5. Vierte el pud\u00edn en seis platos para servir, coloca papel pl\u00e1stico directamente sobre la superficie del pud\u00edn y refrigera por al menos 2 o 3 horas o sirve caliente. Puedes servir con nueces o chocolate rallado o frutas frescas.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
