Siempre me ha gustado el pat\u00e9, pero dej\u00e9 de comprarlo hace mucho tiempo porque no me gustaba el hecho de que conten\u00eda conservantes u otros ingredientes que no me gustar\u00eda comer de otro modo. No s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9 no se me ocurri\u00f3 antes hacer mi propio pat\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En realidad, creo que s\u00ed, pero siempre pens\u00e9 que implicaba demasiado trabajo y que no sabr\u00eda tan bien. Y como no soy un gran fan\u00e1tico del h\u00edgado de pollo, pospuse esto por bastante tiempo. Esc\u00farrelas y guarda de 3\/4 de taza a 1 taza del agua en la que se cocinaron. Deja las habas a un lado para que se enfr\u00eden.<\/p><\/li><li>Mientras tanto, calienta el aceite en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio.
