Este Helado de Mascarpone y Chocolate<\/strong> es un incre\u00edble postre de verano que puedes preparar f\u00e1cilmente en casa sin necesitar una m\u00e1quina de helados.<\/p>\n

Simplemente me encanta el chocolate, independientemente de la temporada. Siempre me aseguro de tener chocolate semidulce a mano para esos momentos en que anhelo su sabor indulgente.<\/p>\n

Como este caluroso verano pide golosinas refrescantes y frescas, he estado buscando una manera de crear un helado de chocolate rico que no solo no necesite una m\u00e1quina para hacer helados, sino que tambi\u00e9n elimine la molestia de romper cristales cada media hora.<\/div>\n

As\u00ed que finalmente tuve la idea de usar queso Mascarpone en mi receta, lo que hace que el helado sea m\u00e1s rico y cremoso, y eso era exactamente lo que estaba buscando.
El resultado es un incre\u00edble helado de mascarpone de chocolate, rico y chocolatoso y muy refrescante, un manjar irresistible para los verdaderos amantes del chocolate.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo hacer helado de mascarpone de chocolate<\/h2>\n

Comienza derritiendo las 5 oz (150g) de chocolate semidulce<\/strong> usando el m\u00e9todo de ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda. Pica las 2 oz (60g) de chocolate semidulce y res\u00e9rvalas.<\/p>\n

En un bol resistente al calor, combine los huevos<\/strong> y el az\u00facar<\/strong>. Coloque el bol sobre una cacerola con agua hirviendo a fuego lento y, usando una batidora el\u00e9ctrica de mano, bata durante 6-8 minutos<\/strong> o hasta que la mezcla se vuelva espesa y p\u00e1lida. Retire del fuego y deje enfriar un poco.<\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, mezcla el mascarpone<\/strong> en la mezcla de huevo. Incorpora el chocolate derretido<\/strong> hasta que est\u00e9 bien combinado.<\/p>\n

  • 2 cda (16g) cacao en polvo sin az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 150 g chocolate semidulce para derretir<\/li>
  • 60 g chocolate semidulce (, picado)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

    1. Derrite las 5 oz (150g) de chocolate al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda. Pica las 2 oz (60g) de chocolate negro y reserva.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Coloca los huevos y el az\u00facar en un taz\u00f3n resistente al calor. Coloca sobre una cacerola con agua hirviendo a fuego lento y, usando una batidora el\u00e9ctrica de mano, bate durante 6\u20138 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 espeso y p\u00e1lido.
