Aqu\u00ed tienes una excelente receta para Cerezas Dulces en Conserva. Este verano, mi esposo y yo tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a recoger cerezas al huerto de una de sus t\u00edas. Solo fuimos a divertirnos, no esper\u00e1bamos realmente recoger tantas cerezas. Las cerezas eran simplemente perfectas, muy firmes y ten\u00edan un bonito color rojo, dulces, jugosas y deliciosas. Hay una gran diferencia en el sabor, la textura y el aroma de las cerezas frescas que acaban de ser recogidas del \u00e1rbol.<\/p>\n

He decidido conservar algunas de ellas para los d\u00edas de invierno. Nos encantan las Cerezas en Conserva dulces o \u00e1cidas, las servimos como bebida o postre, el sabor es bastante fuerte y refrescante. De hecho, el jugo de cerezas en conserva fue el primer jugo que mi peque\u00f1a hija acept\u00f3 beber despu\u00e9s de la leche. As\u00ed que esta es una de las razones por las que sigo haciendo cerezas en conserva, ya que a los ni\u00f1os simplemente les encanta.<\/p>\n

Cerezas Dulces en Conserva<\/h2>\n\t\t

Las cerezas enlatadas son una excelente manera de conservar las cerezas durante el invierno. Las servimos como bebida o postre, su sabor es bastante fuerte y refrescante. <\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t
\n\t\t
  • 3 kg cerezas firmes dulces o \u00e1cidas<\/li>
  • jugo de lim\u00f3n de 2 o 3 limones<\/li>
  • 4 cda (60g) de az\u00facar por cada tarro<\/li>
  • 10-12 10-12 frascos (800 ml)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
    \n\t\t

    1. Lave los frascos y las tapas a fondo en agua caliente con jab\u00f3n o use su lavavajillas. D\u00e9jelos escurrir bien. Coloque las tapas en un taz\u00f3n con agua caliente y d\u00e9jelas durante 5 minutos.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Lava las cerezas en agua fr\u00eda. Quita los huesos si lo deseas, yo prefer\u00ed no hacerlo esta vez.<\/p><\/li>

    3. Llena cada frasco con cerezas, hasta 1\/2 de su capacidad. A\u00f1ade 4 cucharadas de az\u00facar en cada frasco.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Cubre las cerezas en el frasco con agua hervida dejando 1\/2 pulgada de espacio libre. Exprime los limones y distribuye el jugo en los frascos.<\/p><\/li>

    5. Precalienta el horno a 350 F (180C).<\/p><\/li>

    6. Pon las tapas y coloca los frascos en una bandeja para hornear. Coloca la bandeja para hornear en el horno y a\u00f1ade agua caliente en la bandeja. Deja por aproximadamente 1 hora hasta que el agua en los frascos comience a hervir, y algunas burbujas comiencen a subir a la superficie. Reduce el calor a 300F (150 C) y d\u00e9jalos hervir otros 30 minutos.<\/p><\/li>
