Es un postre al que nunca puedo resistirme. La suave crema de Mascarpone combinada con bizcochos de soletilla ba\u00f1ados en caf\u00e9 crea un manjar celestial. Me mantengo fiel a la receta cl\u00e1sica con huevos frescos y sin crema batida y nunca he tenido problemas. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n puedes mezclar las yemas y el merengue sobre un ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda durante 5 minutos antes de continuar con la receta.<\/p>\n<p>Con el caluroso clima de verano, quer\u00eda crear una versi\u00f3n refrescante y refrescante de Tiramisu. Incorpora suavemente las claras de huevo batidas en la mezcla de Mascarpone, asegurando una textura ligera y aireada.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo ensamblar el helado<\/h3>\n<p>Forra un <strong>molde para pan de 1.5 litros de capacidad<\/strong> con envoltura de pl\u00e1stico, dejando un poco de exceso para facilitar su extracci\u00f3n m\u00e1s tarde.
