Estas galletas de naranja con cereales son f\u00e1ciles y muy sabrosas, hechas con mezcla de cereales, pasas, mucho ralladura y jugo de naranja. Estas galletas son definitivamente un gran regalo para los ni\u00f1os y no solo para ellos. <\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t

  • 110 g mantequilla<\/li>
  • 1 cda manteca<\/li>
  • 120 g az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/2 cdita canela<\/li>
  • 1 huevo<\/li>
  • 8 cda mezcla de cereales (avena, cebada, trigo) (- un poco triturado en el taz\u00f3n para mezclar)<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (4g) levadura en polvo<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (6g) bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>
  • c\u00e1scara rallada fresca de 4 naranjas<\/li>
  • zumo de naranja fresco de 1 naranja<\/li>
  • 1 cdita (5g) extracto de vainilla<\/li>
  • 100 g pasas negras<\/li>
  • 2 tazas (250g) harina<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

    1. \t\tPrecalienta el horno a 375 grados F (180 grados C).<\/li>
    2. En un taz\u00f3n grande, bata juntos la mantequilla, la manteca y el az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9n bien mezclados. Bata los huevos, la ralladura de naranja, el jugo de naranja y el extracto de vainilla. Revuelva los ingredientes secos juntos: harina, bicarbonato de sodio, polvo de hornear y canela. Agregue gradualmente a la mezcla de mantequilla. Incorpore los cereales y las pasas.<\/li>
