El pur\u00e9 est\u00e1 listo para servir.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>Tuesta las semillas de s\u00e9samo.<\/h4><ol><li><p>Tostar las semillas de s\u00e9samo en una sart\u00e9n seca durante 2 minutos, a fuego medio-bajo. <\/p><\/li><li><p>Agite la sart\u00e9n constantemente para que se tuesten de manera uniforme. Cocine hasta que las semillas de s\u00e9samo alcancen un color dorado claro. Vierta en un taz\u00f3n y deje enfriar.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>Cocina el pollo.<\/h4><ol><li><p>En una sart\u00e9n mediana, derrite la mantequilla y 1 cucharada de aceite a fuego medio-alto. Agrega el pollo y no toques el pollo durante al menos 2-3 minutos hasta que se forme una costra dorada.
