Gracias al yogur y los huevos, el pan se hornea suave y tierno, con la cantidad justa de acidez. Se corta maravillosamente, lo que lo hace perfecto para tostadas de desayuno, s\u00e1ndwiches, o simplemente arrancar un trozo mientras a\u00fan est\u00e1 caliente. Engrase ligeramente un molde para pan de 9\u00d75 pulgadas (23\u00d713 cm) y forre con papel pergamino.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En un taz\u00f3n grande para mezclar, bate juntos la harina, el polvo de hornear y la sal. Agrega el yogur, los huevos y el aceite de oliva.
