Empuja la cebolla hacia los bordes de la olla, dejando el centro despejado. A\u00f1ade una cucharada de <strong>mantequilla <\/strong>en el centro, luego a\u00f1ade el <strong>arroz <\/strong>bien seco directamente en el medio.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Aumenta el fuego ligeramente a medio\u2013medio alto y <strong>remueve el arroz solo en el centro durante 2\u20133 minutos<\/strong>, hasta que est\u00e9 ligeramente dorado y con un aroma a nuez.
