C\u2019est le genre de recette vers laquelle je me tourne quand je veux quelque chose de fait maison, r\u00e9confortant et tout juste sorti du four, sans l\u2019attente qu\u2019exigent les pains \u00e0 la levure.<strong> Pas d\u2019\u00e9tapes compliqu\u00e9es, pas de longs temps de lev\u00e9e, il suffit de m\u00e9langer, d\u2019enfourner et de se r\u00e9galer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ce que j\u2019aime le plus, c\u2019est la texture. Gr\u00e2ce au yaourt et aux \u0153ufs, le pain cuit en restant moelleux et tendre, avec juste ce qu\u2019il faut d\u2019acidit\u00e9. Il se tranche \u00e0 merveille, ce qui le rend parfait pour des tartines au petit-d\u00e9jeuner, des sandwichs, ou simplement pour en arracher un morceau pendant qu\u2019il est encore chaud. Et comme il est fait avec du yaourt grec et des \u0153ufs, c\u2019est en fait un <strong>pain plus riche en prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>, ce qui le rend encore plus rassasiant et nourrissant.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Il m\u2019arrive parfois de saupoudrer une poign\u00e9e de graines sur le dessus pour le croquant, mais honn\u00eatement, c\u2019est d\u00e9licieux nature aussi.
