Ce petit remplacement les garde tendres tout en les rendant plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res et <strong>moins caloriques <\/strong>que votre muffin classique.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>J\u2019adore le fait qu\u2019ils cuisent dans un moule \u00e0 muffins, donc ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 portionn\u00e9s et pr\u00eats \u00e0 emporter les matins charg\u00e9s. Mes filles les aiment ti\u00e8des avec un peu de beurre de noix tartin\u00e9 dessus, mais ils sont tout aussi bons nature avec une tasse de th\u00e9 ou de caf\u00e9.
