C\u2019est un g\u00e2teau tr\u00e8s populaire que beaucoup pr\u00e9parent en utilisant un m\u00e9lange pour Mole Cake du commerce. Le g\u00e2teau se compose d\u2019une g\u00e9noise au chocolat, garnie de bananes fra\u00eeches, de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e moka au chocolat et enrob\u00e9e de miettes de g\u00e2teau au chocolat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment faire un g\u00e2teau Mole moka allemand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019abord, vous devez pr\u00e9parer un g\u00e2teau au chocolat et le laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement. Pour le g\u00e2teau au chocolat, j\u2019utilise une recette de g\u00e2teau au chocolat que j\u2019adore, celle utilis\u00e9e dans ce G\u00e2teau Rose au Chocolat et adapt\u00e9e pour cette recette.   • 1 tasse (125 g) farine tout usage<\/li>
  • 1\/3 tasse (40 g) cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9, trait\u00e9 \u00e0 la hollandaise<\/li>
  • 2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (8 g) levure chimique<\/li>
  • 1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (2,5 g) sel<\/li>
  • 3\/4 tasse (150 g) sucre<\/li>
  • 1 \u0153uf<\/li>
  • 1\/4 tasse (60 g) huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>
  • 1\/2 tasse (120 g) babeurre<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (5 g) extrait de vanille<\/li>
  • 1\/2 tasse (120 ml) caf\u00e9 chaud<\/li><\/ul>

        Pr\u00e9parez le g\u00e2teau au chocolat.<\/h4>

        1. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C). Beurrez un moule de 8 pouces (20 cm) et chemisez-le de papier cuisson. <\/p><\/li>

        2. Dans un bol moyen, fouettez ensemble la farine, le cacao en poudre, la levure chimique et le sel.<\/p><\/li>
