Avec leur c\u0153ur coulant fa\u00e7on lave, ce dessert est l\u2019un des plus d\u00e9cadents que j\u2019aie jamais connus. Il ne devrait donc pas \u00eatre surprenant que je revienne sans cesse \u00e0 cette id\u00e9e et que j\u2019essaie de la recr\u00e9er de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous ai partag\u00e9 la recette classique du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homecookingadventure.com\/fr\/?p=164165\">Chocolate Lava Cake<\/a>, puis les gens m\u2019ont demand\u00e9 une version sans \u0153ufs que nous aimons aussi, et nous avons donc partag\u00e9 ce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homecookingadventure.com\/fr\/?p=163083\">Eggless Lava Cake<\/a>, mais ensuite la Saint-Valentin approchait et je devais absolument partager ce magnifique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homecookingadventure.com\/fr\/?p=159049\">Red Velvet Lava Cake<\/a> pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du chocolat blanc et maintenant, je suis tout simplement amoureuse de la combinaison chocolat et caramel sal\u00e9, alors nous y voil\u00e0, avec un d\u00e9cadent lava cake au chocolat et au caramel sal\u00e9, garni de fleur de sel pour une exp\u00e9rience incroyable et inoubliable.<\/p>\n<p>Les g\u00e2teaux coulants sont vraiment faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, sont pr\u00eats en quelques minutes seulement et peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avance et cuits uniquement lorsque les invit\u00e9s arrivent. Ce g\u00e2teau au chocolat est garni d\u2019une sauce caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 faite maison, qui peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Il n\u2019est donc pas surprenant que j\u2019y revienne sans cesse et que j\u2019essaie de le recr\u00e9er de diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons.\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>4 c. \u00e0 soupe (60 g) sucre<\/li><li>170 g chocolat mi-sucr\u00e9<\/li><li>1\/2 tasse (110 g) beurre<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (5 g) extrait de vanille<\/li><li>1\/4 tasse (30 g) farine<\/li><li>1\/4 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (1 g) sel<\/li><\/ul><h4>Sauce caramel (donne environ 1\/2 tasse - 120 g)<\/h4><ul><li>1\/2 tasse (100 g) sucre<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) eau<\/li><li>1\/4 tasse (60 g) cr\u00e8me \u00e0 fouetter<\/li><li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (3 g) extrait de vanille<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 g) beurre non sal\u00e9<\/li><li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (3 g) sel<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol><li>Commencez par pr\u00e9parer la sauce caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 afin qu\u2019elle ait le temps de refroidir. Mettez le sucre et l\u2019eau dans une casserole moyenne \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais sur feu moyen-vif, et faites cuire sans remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissous et prenne une couleur caramel.<\/li><li>Retirez la casserole du feu et ajoutez la cr\u00e8me. Cela va l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bouillonner.<\/li><li>Faites cuire environ 1 minute en remuant constamment avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture lisse.<\/li><li>Retirez du feu et ajoutez l\u2019extrait de vanille, le beurre et le sel.
