    • 2 c. \u00e0 soupe (40 g) miel<\/li>
    • 2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 g) moutarde de Dijon<\/li>
    • 2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) vinaigre de cidre<\/li>
    • 1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (1 g) poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu<\/li>
    • 1\/4 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (1 g) cannelle<\/li>
    • 1\/4 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (1 g) clous de girofle<\/li>
    • une pinc\u00e9e de muscade<\/li>
    • 1 gousse d\u2019ail (, hach\u00e9e)<\/li>
    • 1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 g) gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>

      Pour la cuisson au four :<\/h4>
      • 1 tasse (240 ml) eau chaude<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
        \n\t\t
        1. Laissez le jambon reposer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant environ 1 heure avant de le cuire au four.<\/li>
        2. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 325 \u00b0F (160 \u00b0C).<\/li>
        3. Retirez la couenne du jambon, en veillant \u00e0 laisser la couche de gras.<\/li>
        4. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9, entaillez le gras en formant un motif en losanges d\u2019environ 1 pouce (2,5 cm).<\/li>
        5. Placez le jambon dans un plat de 9 x 13 pouces (23 x 33 cm) tapiss\u00e9 de papier cuisson.<\/li>
        6. Ajoutez 1 tasse d\u2019eau chaude dans le plat et faites cuire au four pendant 20 minutes.<\/li>
        7. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la cassonade et au gingembre. Mettez la cassonade, le miel, la moutarde, le vinaigre de cidre, le poivre noir, la cannelle, les clous de girofle, la muscade et le gingembre dans une casserole. Faites cuire \u00e0 feu moyen-vif et laissez fr\u00e9mir quelques minutes, juste jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissous.<\/li>
        8. Ajoutez l\u2019ail et retirez du feu.<\/li>
        9. Sortez le jambon du four et arrosez-le avec le gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la cassonade.<\/li>
        10. Remettez au four et faites cuire environ 20 minutes par livre (dans ce cas, 1 heure), en arrosant le jambon toutes les 15 minutes.<\/li>
        11. Si le dessus ne semble pas assez croustillant, passez le jambon sous le gril pendant quelques minutes \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson.<\/li>
