Ajoutez le yaourt et m\u00e9langez pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser.<\/li><li>Dans un autre bol, fouettez la cr\u00e8me liquide bien froide jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des pics fermes. Incorporez d\u00e9licatement la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e au m\u00e9lange yaourt-framboise. R\u00e9servez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 utilisation.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Pr\u00e9parez la mousse yaourt-amande.<\/h4><ol><li>Faites dissoudre la g\u00e9latine dans de l\u2019eau froide et laissez-la gonfler environ 5 \u00e0 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le yaourt avec l\u2019extrait d\u2019amande et le sucre glace.<\/li><li>Faites dissoudre la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 feu doux, versez sur le m\u00e9lange au yaourt. M\u00e9langez pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser.<\/li><li>Dans un autre bol, fouettez la cr\u00e8me liquide bien froide jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des pics fermes. Mettez les framboises et le sucre dans une petite casserole sur feu moyen, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et faites cuire 2 minutes. Retirez du feu et passez au tamis pour enlever les graines.
