Ce pain est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec seulement <strong>quelques ingr\u00e9dients de base<\/strong>, un pain que je recommande aux d\u00e9butants et pas seulement.<\/p>\n<p>La recette est vraiment facile \u00e0 suivre, il n\u2019y a rien de sophistiqu\u00e9, pas besoin d\u2019ustensiles sp\u00e9ciaux ni de moules \u00e0 pain, vous avez simplement besoin d\u2019un bol et d\u2019une plaque de cuisson, et de 4 ingr\u00e9dients de base. M\u00eame s\u2019il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019attendre que le pain refroidisse compl\u00e8tement, je ne peux jamais r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l\u2019envie d\u2019arracher un morceau de pain encore chaud juste apr\u00e8s sa sortie du four. L\u2019ar\u00f4me de ce simple pain fait maison est absolument irr\u00e9sistible.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019esp\u00e8re que vous aimerez cette recette autant que nous.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment faire du pain maison facile<\/h2>\n<p>Commencez par m\u00e9langer la <strong>farine<\/strong>, le <strong>sel<\/strong> et la <strong>levure<\/strong> dans un grand bol. Ajoutez de l\u2019<strong>eau<\/strong> et remuez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout soit m\u00e9lang\u00e9. <strong>P\u00e9trissez<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit lisse et se d\u00e9tache des parois du bol. Transf\u00e9rez la p\u00e2te dans un bol huil\u00e9, couvrez de film plastique et laissez lever dans un endroit chaud pendant environ une heure, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle double de volume.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, saupoudrez votre plan de travail de farine et de semoule de ma\u00efs. Transf\u00e9rez la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e sur la surface farin\u00e9e et <strong>divisez-la en deux morceaux<\/strong>, en donnant \u00e0 chaque morceau 2-3 torsades. Placez-les sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, couvrez avec un torchon de cuisine et laissez-les <strong>reposer encore 3<\/strong>0 minutes.<\/p>\n<h4>Comment cuire le pain<\/h4>\n<p>Pendant que la p\u00e2te repose, <strong>pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 470\u00b0F (240\u00b0C). <\/strong>\u00a0Placez une petite casserole d\u2019eau chaude \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur pour cr\u00e9er de la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le four pr\u00eat, placez la plaque \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et<strong> faites cuire pendant 15 minutes<\/strong> avec la vapeur. Retirez la casserole d\u2019eau, <strong>baissez la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 440\u00b0F (230\u00b0C)<\/strong>, et <strong>faites cuire encore 10-15 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce soit bien dor\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laissez le pain refroidir sur une grille avant de le trancher.
