Il se compose d\u2019une <strong>meringue douce, l\u00e9g\u00e8re et a\u00e9rienne<\/strong> garnie d\u2019un cr\u00e9meux <strong>gla\u00e7age au mascarpone<\/strong> et de baies fra\u00eeches, avec un \u00e9quilibre parfait entre le sucr\u00e9 et l\u2019acidul\u00e9. En tant qu\u2019amateur de desserts au chocolat, ce dessert a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 mes attentes, car je suis tomb\u00e9 amoureux d\u00e8s la toute premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Faire un roul\u00e9 \u00e0 la meringue peut sembler intimidant, mais je dois dire que c\u2019est encore plus facile et plus rapide que de faire une pavlova. Utilisez n\u2019importe quelles baies fra\u00eeches ou des fruits de saison et cr\u00e9ez \u00e0 chaque fois un dessert diff\u00e9rent et surprenant que tout le monde adorera.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment faire un roul\u00e9 eringue aux baies<\/h2>\n<p>Commencez par<strong> pr\u00e9parer la meringue<\/strong>. Pour cela, pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0\u00a0 320F (160C). Graissez et chemisez un moule de 9\u00d713 (23x33cm) avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9. Dans un grand bol, montez les <strong>blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/strong> avec le <strong>sel<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent mousseux, puis ajoutez le <strong>vinaigre<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>extrait de vanille<\/strong> et la <strong>f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/strong>. Ajoutez progressivement le <strong>sucre<\/strong> et continuez de fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de pics fermes. \u00c9talez la meringue dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9. <strong>Faites cuire environ 20-25 minutes<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Saupoudrez du sucre glace sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9. Laissez refroidir la meringue pendant 2 minutes et retournez-la sur le papier sulfuris\u00e9 saupoudr\u00e9. D\u00e9collez d\u00e9licatement le papier de cuisson. Roulez la meringue et laissez-la refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant que la meringue refroidit, <strong>pr\u00e9parez la garniture au mascarpone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez <strong>Mascarpone<\/strong> avec <strong>sucre glace<\/strong> et <strong>vanille<\/strong>, puis incorporez le chocolat. Dans un autre bol, fouettez la <strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des pics fermes, puis incorporez-la au m\u00e9lange de mascarpone.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la meringue refroidie, \u00e9talez la majeure partie de la garniture au mascarpone dessus, en laissant un bord. Ajoutez <strong>des baies fra\u00eeches<\/strong> et roulez d\u00e9licatement la meringue en b\u00fbche. Roulez la meringue et laissez-la refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture au mascarpone.<\/h4><ol><li><p>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez le mascarpone avec le sucre glace et la vanille. Incorporez le chocolat et m\u00e9langez pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser.<\/p><\/li><li>Dans un autre bol, fouettez la cr\u00e8me jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des pics fermes. Incorporez-la progressivement au m\u00e9lange de mascarpone en la pliant d\u00e9licatement.<\/li><li>D\u00e9roulez la meringue et \u00e9talez la majeure partie de la garniture au mascarpone, en r\u00e9servant environ 5\u20136 oz (140\u2013170 g) pour plus tard.
