Comme ce g\u00e2teau a besoin de temps pour refroidir et prendre, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de le pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019avance, un jour avant de le servir, afin d\u2019obtenir les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. En faisant tourner doucement le moule, le caramel se r\u00e9partit uniform\u00e9ment, cr\u00e9ant une base gourmande. R\u00e9servez le moule. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Comment pr\u00e9parer le g\u00e2teau \u00e9ponge \u00e0 la vanille<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour commencer, pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 350F (180C). Dans un bol de taille moyenne, fouettez ensemble la farine, la levure chimique et le sel, puis r\u00e9servez le m\u00e9lange jusqu\u2019\u00e0 utilisation. Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez le beurre et le sucre, en les travaillant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture cr\u00e9meuse. La p\u00e2te obtenue est ensuite vers\u00e9e dans le moule \u00e0 bundt sur la couche de caramel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Comment pr\u00e9parer le flan au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un autre grand bol, m\u00e9langez le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il devienne lisse et cr\u00e9meux. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un par un, ainsi que l\u2019extrait de vanille, le lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9 et le lait \u00e9vapor\u00e9. M\u00e9langez soigneusement les ingr\u00e9dients. Ce m\u00e9lange au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me est ensuite vers\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la vanille dans le moule \u00e0 bundt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour garantir un dessert moelleux et cuit uniform\u00e9ment, placez le moule \u00e0 bundt dans un plat plus grand et ajoutez de l\u2019eau bouillante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mi-hauteur des parois du moule. Transf\u00e9rez soigneusement l\u2019ensemble au four et faites cuire 50 \u00e0 60 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre du g\u00e2teau en ressorte propre. Si le dessus du g\u00e2teau commence \u00e0 dorer trop rapidement, couvrez-le de papier aluminium et poursuivez la cuisson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e, retirez le moule \u00e0 bundt du four et du grand plat, en le laissant refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Pour une saveur et une texture optimales, r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez le g\u00e2teau pendant au moins 4 heures, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence toute la nuit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant de retirer le g\u00e2teau du moule, replacez-le dans un moule plus grand rempli d\u2019eau chaude afin de faciliter le d\u00e9moulage.
