J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert ce g\u00e2teau au chocolat compl\u00e8tement fou seulement r\u00e9cemment et je dois dire que j\u2019en suis tomb\u00e9 amoureux imm\u00e9diatement. Il est en quelque sorte tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 la recette utilis\u00e9e dans le G\u00e2teau Rose au Chocolat <\/strong><\/a>mais c\u2019est une version sans \u0153ufs. J\u2019avais besoin d\u2019une recette sans \u0153ufs depuis assez longtemps, alors la voici. L\u2019un des g\u00e2teaux les plus d\u00e9licieux, moelleux et chocolat\u00e9, plein de saveur et presque fondant en bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est si rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, aucun \u0153uf, beurre ou lait n\u2019est utilis\u00e9 et vous n\u2019avez m\u00eame pas besoin de graisser le moule. Tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9s directement dans le moule, simplement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet.  C\u2019est facile, mais personne ne le saura vu son apparence et son go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai fait une ganache pour le dessus juste pour la rendre plus chic et attrayante, mais n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser n\u2019importe quel autre gla\u00e7age ou id\u00e9e de garniture. Vous pouvez aussi la servir ti\u00e8de avec un peu de glace par-dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce G\u00e2teau fou avec ganache au chocolatt<\/strong> un g\u00e2teau de derni\u00e8re minute que vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer lorsque les invit\u00e9s viennent d\u2019arriver. \n\t\tG\u00e2teau fou au chocolat \u2013 l\u2019un des g\u00e2teaux les plus d\u00e9licieux, moelleux et bien chocolat\u00e9, plein de saveur et presque fondant en bouche.\t<\/p>\n\t

  • 1 \u00bd tasses (190 g) farine tout usage<\/li>
  • 1\/2 tasse (100 g) sucre<\/li>
  • 1\/4 tasse (30 g) cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (6 g) bicarbonate de soude<\/li>
  • 1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (2 g) sel<\/li>
  • 5 c. \u00e0 soupe (70 g) huile de canola<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) vinaigre<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (5 g) extrait de vanille<\/li>
  • 1 tasse (240 ml) eau chaude<\/li><\/ul>

    Ganache<\/h4>
    • 200 g chocolat mi-sucr\u00e9 (, hach\u00e9)<\/li>
    • 1\/2 tasse (120 g) cr\u00e8me \u00e0 fouetter<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
      \n\t\t

      1. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Dans un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 20 cm, ajoutez la farine, le sucre, le cacao en poudre, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel. Fouettez pour m\u00e9langer.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Ajoutez l\u2019huile, le vinaigre, la vanille et l\u2019eau chaude, puis fouettez de nouveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 compl\u00e8te incorporation.<\/li>
      4. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule, \u00e9talez uniform\u00e9ment et faites cuire 25 \u00e0 30 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre du g\u00e2teau en ressorte propre.<\/li>
      5. Laissez ti\u00e9dir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et retirez les parois du moule.<\/li>
      6. Pr\u00e9parez la ganache au chocolat. Faites chauffer la cr\u00e8me dans une petite casserole jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle fr\u00e9misse presque sur les bords. Retirez du feu et ajoutez le chocolat hach\u00e9. Laissez reposer 1 minute, puis remuez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture lisse.<\/li>

      7. \u00c9talez la ganache sur le dessus du g\u00e2teau en laissant une bordure de 2,5 cm sur le pourtour.<\/p><\/li>

      8. Utilisez une cuill\u00e8re pour former une fleur.<\/li>
      9. Laissez la ganache prendre un peu \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante avant de servir.<\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
