Il y a quelque chose d\u2019addictif dans ces biscuits feuillet\u00e9s au babeurre. La premi\u00e8re fois que je les ai vus, j\u2019ai su que je devais les essayer d\u00e8s que j\u2019en aurais l\u2019occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recette tr\u00e8s simple, un peu de pliage et de roulage de la p\u00e2te et vous obtenez les couches les plus recherch\u00e9es que l\u2019on puisse avoir dans un biscuit. Les couches sur mes biscuits apparemment ne sont pas si visibles, peut-\u00eatre parce que je n\u2019ai pas remarqu\u00e9 l\u2019instruction qui dit de ne pas faire tourner l\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce dans la p\u00e2te, ce que je suis s\u00fbr(e) d\u2019avoir fait :P (mon erreur), mais les biscuits sont tellement d\u00e9licieux, moelleux et feuillet\u00e9s, qu\u2019ils peuvent faire un petit-d\u00e9jeuner parfait ou une collation parfaite pour une r\u00e9union entre amis\/famille. Vous pouvez les servir tels quels, ou les utiliser pour faire un sandwich, ou simplement avec de la confiture et du lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le fait qu\u2019ils contiennent du miel et du babeurre, et pas \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de beurre, les rend plut\u00f4t sains. Si vous les essayez avec de la farine compl\u00e8te, c\u2019est encore mieux. Veillez \u00e0 ne pas ajouter plus de farine que n\u00e9cessaire, sinon ils ne seront pas aussi moelleux. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, c\u2019est d\u00e9finitivement une recette qui vaut la peine d\u2019\u00eatre essay\u00e9e, car elle est bien, bien meilleure que les scones anglais traditionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biscuits feuillet\u00e9s au babeurre<\/h2>\n\t\t

\n\t\tDes biscuits au babeurre moelleux et feuillet\u00e9s, parfaits pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou comme en-cas. Vous pouvez les servir tels quels, avec de la confiture et du lait, ou les utiliser pour pr\u00e9parer de petits sandwichs.\t<\/p>\n\t

  • 2 cups tasses (250 g) farine<\/li>
  • 2 1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 levure chimique<\/li>
  • 1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 sel<\/li>
  • 5 c. \u00e0 soupe (70 g) beurre doux froid (, coup\u00e9 en petits cubes)<\/li>
  • 3\/4 tasse babeurre froid<\/li>
  • 3 c. \u00e0 soupe miel<\/li><\/ul>

    • 1 jaune d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li>
    • graines de s\u00e9same et de lin<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

      1. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C (400 \u00b0F). Tapissez une plaque de cuisson de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Dans un saladier moyen \u00e0 grand, fouettez ensemble la farine, la levure chimique et le sel. Ajoutez les cubes de beurre et, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un coupe-p\u00e2te ou d\u2019une fourchette, travaillez le beurre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des morceaux de la taille de petits pois. Placez le saladier au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour le refroidir pendant 10 minutes.<\/li>

      3. Pendant ce temps, fouettez ensemble le babeurre et le miel. Versez sur le m\u00e9lange beurre\/farine et m\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les ingr\u00e9dients secs soient humidifi\u00e9s. P\u00e9trissez d\u00e9licatement environ 3 \u00e0 4 fois pour rassembler la p\u00e2te.<\/p><\/li>

      4. Farinez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le plan de travail et \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te en un rectangle de environ 23 \u00d7 13 cm (9 \u00d7 5 pouces) et d\u2019environ 1,3 cm (1\/2 pouce) d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Pliez la p\u00e2te en trois comme une lettre, en utilisant les grands c\u00f4t\u00e9s du rectangle. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette \u00e9tape : \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te en un rectangle de 23 \u00d7 13 cm (9 \u00d7 5 pouces) d\u2019environ 1,3 cm (1\/2 pouce) d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, puis repliez-la \u00e0 nouveau en trois comme une lettre.<\/p><\/li>

      5. Enfin, \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une \u00e9paisseur de environ 2 cm (3\/4 pouce). \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un emporte-pi\u00e8ce rond de 5 cm (2 pouces), d\u00e9coupez des biscuits dans la p\u00e2te (ne tournez pas l\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce ; appuyez tout droit vers le bas puis remontez tout droit).<\/p><\/li>

      6. Transf\u00e9rez sur la plaque pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en laissant environ 2,5 cm (1 pouce) d\u2019espace entre chaque biscuit. Battez le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et badigeonnez les biscuits. Saupoudrez des graines de s\u00e9same et de lin sur le dessus de chacun.<\/p><\/li>

      7. Faites cuire environ 11 \u00e0 12 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les biscuits aient lev\u00e9 et soient bien dor\u00e9s sur le dessus.<\/li>

      8. Transf\u00e9rez les biscuits sur une grille pour les laisser refroidir quelques minutes et servez ti\u00e8des.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t
