Nous connaissons tous ce g\u00e2teau au chocolat et \u00e0 la vanille, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en version z\u00e9br\u00e9e ou marbr\u00e9e. Il rappelle des souvenirs d\u2019enfance \u00e0 beaucoup d\u2019entre nous. Lorsqu\u2019il est encore un peu ti\u00e8de et accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un verre de lait bien froid, ce g\u00e2teau z\u00e9br\u00e9<\/strong> est toujours une d\u00e9licieuse gourmandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En essayant de recr\u00e9er le go\u00fbt auquel j\u2019\u00e9tais habitu\u00e9, j\u2019ai rassembl\u00e9 davantage de recettes et j\u2019ai finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tablir cette liste d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients et de modifier certaines quantit\u00e9s. J\u2019ai choisi d\u2019utiliser du beurre \u00e0 la place de l\u2019huile, je ne l\u2019ai pas fait fondre et je l\u2019ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9 tel quel avec le sucre. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement r\u00e9duit la quantit\u00e9 de sucre que d\u2019autres recettes semblent utiliser. La p\u00e2te est si cr\u00e9meuse et d\u00e9licieuse que vous pourriez la manger telle quelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vous pouvez servir ce g\u00e2teau z\u00e9br\u00e9 tel quel avec du lait ou du caf\u00e9, ou vous pouvez aussi r\u00e9aliser un gla\u00e7age au chocolat sur le dessus pour un aspect plus sophistiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Comment faire un g\u00e2teau z\u00e9br\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Commencez par graisser et chemiser un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau rond de 24 cm (9 pouces) avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n

Dans un grand bol, fouettez ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/strong> : farine, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de la levure chimique. Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langez le cacao en poudre, 1\/4 tasse de lait et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9langez le beurre et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture cr\u00e9meuse<\/strong>. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un par un, en m\u00e9langeant bien apr\u00e8s chaque ajout. Versez l\u2019extrait de vanille. Ajoutez progressivement le lait et le m\u00e9lange de farine, en alternant, et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 vitesse lente.<\/p>\n

Maintenant, prenez 2 tasses de p\u00e2te et m\u00e9langez-la avec le m\u00e9lange au chocolat. Il est temps de faire des couches ! Avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe, alternez des cuiller\u00e9es de p\u00e2te blanche et de p\u00e2te au chocolat<\/strong> dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9, en commen\u00e7ant par le centre. Cr\u00e9ez un magnifique motif de saveurs.<\/p>\n

Cuire au four pendant 50-60 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre en ressorte propre. Laisser le g\u00e2teau refroidir sur une grille pendant 15 minutes avant de le d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n

  • 1 tasse (240 ml) lait<\/li>
  • 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 extrait de vanille<\/li>
  • 3 tasses (375 g) farine<\/li>
  • 2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (10 g) levure chimique<\/li>
  • 1\/4 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 sel<\/li><\/ul>

    Pour la p\u00e2te au chocolat<\/h4>
    • 3 c. \u00e0 soupe (25 g) cacao en poudre<\/li>
    • 1\/4 tasse (50 ml) lait<\/li>
    • 1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 g) sucre<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

      5. Avec le batteur \u00e0 vitesse basse, incorporer en alternant progressivement le lait et le m\u00e9lange de farine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>

      6. Pr\u00e9lever deux tasses de p\u00e2te et les m\u00e9langer avec le m\u00e9lange au chocolat.<\/p><\/li>

      7. Utiliser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe pour chaque p\u00e2te afin de cr\u00e9er des couches de p\u00e2te dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Commencer au centre du moule : d\u00e9poser une cuiller\u00e9e de p\u00e2te blanche, puis par-dessus une cuiller\u00e9e de p\u00e2te au chocolat, et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter ces \u00e9tapes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des p\u00e2tes. (Si vous n\u2019avez pas la patience de faire ces couches, versez simplement une p\u00e2te sur l\u2019autre et faites des marbrures avec un couteau ou une fourchette pour obtenir l\u2019effet marbr\u00e9.)<\/p><\/li>

      8. Cuire 50 \u00e0 60 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre en ressorte propre.<\/p><\/li>

      9. Sortir du four et laisser refroidir 15 minutes sur une grille avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/li>
