Depuis que j\u2019ai vu cette recette sur le site SAVEUR<\/a>, j\u2019avais h\u00e2te de l\u2019essayer. Ce qui m\u2019a le plus attir\u00e9e, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019id\u00e9e de combiner du chocolat chaud avec du vin rouge. Quelle id\u00e9e brillante, et je n\u2019y avais jamais pens\u00e9 auparavant. Qui n\u2019aime pas se r\u00e9galer avec une tasse de chocolat chaud pendant la saison froide ? Ou un vin chaud ? Combiner ces deux-l\u00e0 est incroyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00eame si je n\u2019ai pas suivi la recette de SAVEUR. J\u2019ai fait ma propre version, en utilisant du cacao en poudre de bonne qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 la place du chocolat et sans utiliser d\u2019eau pendant le processus d\u2019\u00e9bullition. La raison pour laquelle j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 du cacao en poudre n\u2019est pas seulement que c\u2019est d\u00e9licieux de cette fa\u00e7on aussi, mais en m\u00eame temps j\u2019ai \u00e9vit\u00e9 les graisses et les calories contenues dans le chocolat. J\u2019ai \u00e9conomis\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 300 calories par portion en utilisant du cacao en poudre au lieu de chocolat mi-amer.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

M\u00eame si ce chocolat chaud au vin est pauvre en mati\u00e8res grasses et contient bien moins de calories, il ne perd aucune de ses qualit\u00e9s d\u00e9licieuses : il est toujours cr\u00e9meux et onctueux, et tout simplement parfait \u00e0 servir. L\u2019association avec le vin rouge en fait un vrai d\u00e9lice. J\u2019esp\u00e8re que vous l\u2019essaierez.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • 4 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 sucre<\/li>
  • 1\/4 tasse vin rouge<\/li>
  • 1 tasse lait<\/li>
  • une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

    1. Portez le vin \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement \u00e0 feu doux. **Faire chauffer le vin au pr\u00e9alable est facultatif ; ne le faites que si vous souhaitez r\u00e9duire le taux d\u2019alcool.** Sinon, versez simplement le vin sur le m\u00e9lange cacao-lait et portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>
    2. Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le cacao en poudre avec le sucre et le sel. Ajoutez 2 ou 3 c. \u00e0 soupe de lait et remuez bien pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser. Ajoutez le reste du lait, remuez bien et versez sur le vin. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en fouettant de temps en temps.<\/li>
