This G\u00e2teau aux noix et au citron<\/strong> est un g\u00e2teau \u00e9l\u00e9gant et d\u00e9licieux qui combine des noix, du citron et du chocolat,  cr\u00e9ant un g\u00e2teau tr\u00e8s savoureux et sophistiqu\u00e9. J\u2019ai cette recette de ma m\u00e8re, qui pr\u00e9pare g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ce g\u00e2teau pendant les f\u00eates. Ce g\u00e2teau re\u00e7oit des critiques \u00e9logieuses tout le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teau se compose d\u2019un biscuit aux noix moelleux et d\u00e9licat, d\u2019une couche croustillante au citron, et est napp\u00e9 d\u2019un gla\u00e7age au chocolat. Je suis heureuse de pouvoir partager la recette avec vous tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment faire un g\u00e2teau aux noix et au citron<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Commencez par pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) et pr\u00e9parer un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 10 pouces (26 cm) avec un fond amovible. Beurrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement le moule et farinez-le pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019il n\u2019attache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9parer le biscuit aux noix<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pour r\u00e9aliser le biscuit aux noix, commencez par cr\u00e9mer le beurre<\/strong> et le sucre<\/strong> dans un grand bol jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit bien homog\u00e8ne et mousseux. Ajoutez des noix<\/strong> finement hach\u00e9es, le zeste de citron<\/strong> et la farine<\/strong>, en m\u00e9langeant soigneusement pour combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients. S\u00e9parez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/strong> des blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/strong>. Montez les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs dans un bol s\u00e9par\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent mousseux et forment des pics fermes, puis incorporez-les d\u00e9licatement au m\u00e9lange au beurre afin de conserver la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Versez la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et faites cuire pendant environ 15 minutes<\/strong>, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit pris et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment pr\u00e9parer le m\u00e9lange de jaunes croustillant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pendant que le g\u00e2teau cuit, pr\u00e9parez le m\u00e9lange de jaunes<\/strong> en fouettant les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/strong> avec le sucre<\/strong> dans un autre bol jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne \u00e9pais, cr\u00e9meux et jaune p\u00e2le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fois la cuisson initiale termin\u00e9e, sortez le g\u00e2teau du four et versez d\u00e9licatement le m\u00e9lange de jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs sur le dessus. Remettez le g\u00e2teau au four pour 15 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>, en laissant la garniture aux jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs prendre et devenir dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age au chocolat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pendant que le g\u00e2teau termine sa cuisson, pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age au chocolat en faisant fondre le chocolat<\/strong> au bain-marie (double chaudi\u00e8re) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit lisse. Incorporez le beurre<\/strong> et la cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re<\/strong>, en m\u00e9langeant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le gla\u00e7age soit bien homog\u00e8ne et brillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir retir\u00e9 le g\u00e2teau du four, laissez-le refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avant de verser le gla\u00e7age au chocolat sur le g\u00e2teau encore chaud. \u00c9talez le gla\u00e7age uniform\u00e9ment sur le dessus et laissez-le prendre avant de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 6 c. \u00e0 soupe noix moulues<\/li>
  • 1 zeste de citron finement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>
  • 4 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li><\/ul>

    Garniture aux jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/h4>
    • 4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li>
    • 7 c. \u00e0 soupe sucre glace<\/li><\/ul>

      Gla\u00e7age au chocolat<\/h4>
      • 100 g chocolat noir<\/li>
      • 1 c. \u00e0 soupe beurre<\/li>
      • 2 c. \u00e0 soupe cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t

          3. Versez la pr\u00e9paration au beurre dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et faites cuire 15 minutes.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

            Pr\u00e9parez la pr\u00e9paration aux jaunes.<\/h4>

            1. Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paisse, cr\u00e9meuse et jaune p\u00e2le. <\/p><\/li>

            2. Sortez le g\u00e2teau du four, ajoutez la pr\u00e9paration aux jaunes sur le dessus du g\u00e2teau et faites cuire encore 15 minutes.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

              Pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age au chocolat.<\/h4>

              1. Faites fondre le chocolat au bain-marie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit lisse. Incorporez le beurre et la cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. <\/p><\/li>
