Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients secs : la farine<\/strong>, le son de bl\u00e9<\/strong>, le bicarbonate de soude<\/strong>, la levure chimique<\/strong> et les flocons de noix de coco<\/strong>. Ajoutez progressivement le m\u00e9lange sec au m\u00e9lange beurre-sucre, en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien incorpor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fa\u00e7onnez la p\u00e2te en petites boules et placez-les sur les plaques de cuisson pr\u00e9par\u00e9es, en veillant \u00e0 laisser de l\u2019espace entre chaque boule. Faites cuire pendant 18-20 minutes<\/strong> ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s. Une fois cuits, retirez les biscuits de la plaque de cuisson et placez-les sur une grille de refroidissement. Laissez-les refroidir compl\u00e8tement avant de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
