Commencez par laver soigneusement les fraises<\/strong>, bien les \u00e9goutter et les s\u00e9cher en les tamponnant avec un torchon propre. Retirez les feuilles et placez les fraises dans un grand bol. \u00c9crasez-les \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette ou d\u2019un batteur \u00e0 \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite, fouettez la cr\u00e8me<\/strong> \u00e0 vitesse moyenne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir. Ajoutez le sucre<\/strong> et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de pics souples.
